- The Google Play Store may soon report a new download development, which allows users to easily keep the app download track.
- We first saw the notification in a tear earlier this year, but after that Google has made some improvement.

The latest download progress notification still shows more than three recently downloaded apps and games. However, instead of the “see more” button at the bottom, it is now reported how many additional apps and games you have recently installed. When the download is completed, instead of displaying “0 % of 0 %” in the notification, the label is shown rightly under the app’s name.
Google has not changed any other interface in the current release (version 46.8.29-31), but the “Open” button now works now. We can also confirm that once you open the recently installed app, it is removed from the notification. You can see it in the video below.
This is known as the final version of the new download Progress notification, and Google can start to start users with the subsequent Play Store update. We will update this post as soon as it is available.
