Late last month we got word that Infinix was partnering with renowned Italian design house Pinnacle for its next flagship smartphone, and today the brand has made it official.
The upcoming Infinix Note 60 Ultra will be the phone in question, and it’s slated to launch sometime next year. Unfortunately, these are all the details for now.
Paninfarina has a 95-year history during which it designed cars for Ferrari and Alfa Romeo. Infinix says its alliance with Paninfarina aims to “set a new benchmark for premium smartphone craftsmanship and introduce superior, design-driven experiences to a global audience”.
Infinix CEO Tony Zhao said:
As we collaborate with leading partners in various sectors, we are steadily advancing Infinix’s journey towards premiumization. Our work with Paninfarina is an important step in strengthening the design foundation of our future products, starting with the Note 60 series. This partnership reinforces our commitment to deepen investment in high-end design and set a new aesthetic standard for future flagship products.
Fabio Calvario, senior vice president of the brand at Paninfarina, said:
Partnering with Infinix on this project has been a great opportunity to express its principles of Italian design excellence in the realm of technology, based on the combination of beauty and performance, to make a lasting impact on the user experience. For nearly a century, our brand has shaped new ways of living, synonymous with purity, timeless design, and emotion in form. These values are perfectly aligned with Infinix’s vision of innovation.
