Artificial Intelligence (AI) Chat Boat Grook, developed by XAI, can soon find a file editor feature. A tipter claimed that Elon Kasturi’s AI firm is working on this feature, which can support various file types, including the spreadsheet. It is said that it enables users to chat with Grook and change various documents. If leak information is correct, this can significantly improve the use of a chat boot. Interestingly, this leak comes at a time when Xai is expected to issue Grok 3.5 AI model.

Grook’s File Editing feature asked to support sound commands

An independent app researcher Nima Owaji shared a post on X (previously known as Twitter) showing the development feature. The tipster also shared a screenshot of this feature, which shows a groke side panel to be added to the spreadsheet.

In the post, the OGG said that Z is currently working on the feature of this file editor, which will also support the spreadsheet. “You can talk to Grook and edit the files at the same time,” Tipster added. In particular, he did not mention other types of files that would be helped.

Grook entered the AI chat boot late after launching in November 2023, about 12 months after the arrival of Chat GPT and Gemini (previously known as Bard), more than six months after the enrollment of Copelot and Claude.

As a result, Kasturi and Zee project have also played a catch -up with their rivals. In April, Grook finally received computer vision, multi -linguistic audio support, and a web search tool, features that were first included by competitors. Similarly, the ability to edit files is already available on other AI platforms.

If the leakage information is correct, the ability to edit the files will take Grook before competitors like GPT and Claude. Currently, only Gemini offers this feature to its paid workplace users. But the details of how this feature will be implemented will remain speculative until Zee has announced the official announcement.

In particular, Xi is also expected to issue a Grook 3.5 large language model (LLM) soon. In this way, this file editing capacity can be part of the new AI model.
