- YouTube is introducing the weekly podcast show chart, highlighting the top 100 in the United States.
- The lists will be updated every Wednesday.
- For now, it is only American, but Google wants to expand additional areas.
Considering that the iPod has long been replaced by more capable smartphones, it is legally impressive that the podcast has been able to stay around it as a dear media format. Certainly, we have seen many people from audio to video first formats, but the basic idea of being able to listen to the demands between talented hosts and their guests is the same as that which proves its value. As much as they are today with podcasts, it is only understandable that the audience wants tools tools to help them discover their next new podcast madness, and this week Google has received a new debut on YouTube.
YouTube is introducing its new weekly podcast shows chart. The opening list is covered from May 5 to May 11, and the 100 podcasts available on the platform based on their popularity in the US audience have been arranged.

As you only expect from the top podcast list in the United States in 2025, the list has a wide mix of true crime shows, humor, extraordinary things, sports conversations, right -wing influence and mainstream political comments. You can expect Google to update the list every Wednesday with last week’s rating.
Interestingly, Google does not look at the thoughts here tomorrow (as we have recently seen Spatifs highlight with its own podcast lists), and instead of using the matriculation is based on overall minutes. It seems that it has the potential to upset long format podcasts a leg-at least, if they can be engaged for a long time to listen to YouTube audience.
For now, the chart is being prepared only for the United States, but Google says it is planning to expand it at some point – there is no word on a timetable yet. The company has also mentioned the desire to bring more features to the chart. We can already think about some people we really want to see, including gender filters, and information about the latest available event for all these entries. Do you want to make any changes?
