I used to think that power walking looks a bit from above. All this arms are swinging, hip -shaped, and the speed was just as unnecessary. It was when a colleague told me what could only work with your body by just 30 minutes of power: building strength, promoting cardiovascular fitness, and even improving fitness and mental illness. It looked like a great way to get out of my daily walk.
Since walking was already part of my routine, whether it was a local coffee shop journey, operating, or going on some steps to lunch, I felt that trying to run electricity for a week would be a simple upgrade. The only real change was making sure that I developed the pair of the best running shoes to provide additional help and relief to promote the speed.
Once I felt a little selfish about swinging my hips and moving forward in my neighborhood, I began to really enjoy walking with power.

What is the Power Walk?
Power walking is the highest purpose of walking regularly, like a high -speed sibling. All this is about intentions, pumping, currency long, and increasing your heart rate is about the high speed enough, but not so fast that you are breaking into the walk. Think of it as a pleasant middle ground between comfortable walking and full run.
It has a low effect, is amazingly strengthened, and it requires zero fancy gear, a comfortable pair of shoes and a little commitment. Keep reading to find out what I think about walking in power after adding my routine every day for a week.
It felt more beneficial than my usual walking speed
I will be honest, at first I was not fully convinced. Walking, okay? How different can it really feel like it really lifts a little? I thought it would be just like my usual walking, with a little less time to dad through a coffee shop.
But after a few minutes of walking with a little more intended – moving weapons, currency straight, and fast -paced to me to feel that I’m going somewhere – it started to click. My breathing was a bit quick, I felt more focus, and I could realize my muscles in fact.
It was not dramatic, and I was not breaking sweat, but compared to a walk with my usual, it felt as if I was taking advantage of my workout by dialing my walking speed.

I felt a little stupid
I will admit, I first felt a little crazy. There is something about deliberately strengthening under the road, like a weapon you mean a business, which feels a bit dramatic, especially when it seems that everyone has changed together or sticks to their phone. But sometimes I need to check a soft reality: no one is really paying so much attention.
Most people are wrapped up in their own day to see how fast I am walking or what my arms are doing. And if you tell the truth, you don’t need a perfect form to feel the benefits. Only a little faster. You can make it easier and move forward as it feels natural.
Walk like you mean, just try not to charge anyone directly.
I did not intend to walk the lightning – but I did
What I didn’t expect was how quickly the speed got stuck. Even when I was not trying, I found myself walking a little faster than usual, without really thinking about it slipped into this steady rhythm.
I also started to see that I was taking more steps on my best fitness tracker than usual. The counting of my step was over, and I was going more without making a great deal of effort. I found that I was getting places faster, so I started choosing to walk more times. Short tours that felt like anxiety suddenly felt the management, and all of this joined me without the need to prepare extra time in the day.
