Huawei unveiled the companion X7 foldable as well as its companion 80 series in China today, but they weren’t the only new devices at the event. The brand introduced its MatePad Edge 2-in-1 tablet, which runs Harmony 5 (aka Harmony’s Next 5) with full desktop app support, as well as an unusual Master Edition of its MateBook Fold.

Matte Pad Edge Huawei is working on the Microsoft Surface Tablet – a tablet that aims to replace your laptop. The device is built around a 14.2-inch OLED screen and a sleek unibody aluminum chassis. It measures just 6.85 mm thick and weighs 789 grams. You get a built-in 175-degree adjustable hinge, which allows you to position the device at all kinds of angles.
