In my collection I have some old phones. I have been upset about how I love each of them for a number of reasons: Nokia 9 for its quirky camera, its full feature kit and the Galaxy Note 9, and the P30 Pro, which is somehow on the same charge during the day. This point surprised me: If you have an old phone or have only a few months in your latest upgrade, what are your battery health stats?
In recent months, battery life and longevity have become more hot topics, especially watching the various problems of the battery that suffer from old Google Pixel devices. The rest of your smartphone battery health has become a more important maintenance checklist item, whether you are shaking the non -co -ordinated Legacy device or the latest range.

Although my P30 Pro is still a reliable battery, he was no longer a tolerant king. According to Acobery, its battery health is 74 % – it is not bad for the phone that has installed more than 200 charging cycles every year since 2020, with no charging restrictions and no strict use cycle, but it is definitely close to the end of its usable life which I will like. As a comparison, my relatively New Galaxy S has lost only 1 % of my capacity since 100 charging cycles since March 24 per March. This is a very safe limit.
So, I’m keen. If you have been using an old phone or recently upgraded and your charger has been tilted far more than your count, I want to know the percentage of your device’s battery health.
Here are some more questions:
- Let’s know how long we have your current phone, its battery health percentage, and how long you have owned it.
- Do you actively check your battery health? If so, how?
- How are manufacturers’ battery cycle and battery health claims eliminating your phone buying habits? Do you just care about the capacity and charging speed?
- What will you consider the percentage of low battery health, and killing this number will indicate you upgrade to a new phone or the renovation of your existing device?
