Google Cape has been my note -taking app for years, but I have recently seen that my unorganized notes are getting too much, which is why I was looking for. I had previously tried to pin color coding notes and important, but these improvements were no longer enough.
I finally decided to control my notes by using these features, which I often neglect, including labels and deleting old notes that I don’t need. But I also transferred some of my notes to another app with more advanced features.

My notes in Google come in three main types: personal notes such as purchases and lists of pharmaceuticals, notes for articles I am writing, and notes about hardware that I’m reviewing. The label feature allows you to rank the note, but the label itself is not enough to keep these notes organized.
Rather, the ability to filter your own notes to watch a single label helps keep me organizing Google. Instead of matching a series of all my pundits notes and unorganized notes, I can just tap on a specific label to see notes from a single category.
Label helps by working as filters that allow you to see your notes in a lesser disorder.
When you look at a particular category in the Google Cap, it also remembers the preferences of your pundits. This means that you can still see your high priority notes with a specific label in the upper part of your screen.
However, I wish Google made notes on your home screen a little easier. The folders will really be a useful addition, which you can draw by drawing your notes instead of assigning specific labels. This will also mean that when you open the app, your default screen provides a systematic review rather than the label you need to use as a filter.

When looking at ways to manage my Google Cap Note, I noticed that I was collecting a group of useless notes and information that I didn’t need any more. There were old notes for the articles I published years ago, random screenshots for which I had no context, and link to old shopping vehicles. There was even a text note that was only a series of 8 with several lines, which my cat probably created during one of the many times on my keyboard.
I’m a little digital hovering, but even I saw some of my notes needed to go.
So finally I decided to thoroughly review my notes, deleting those who no more needed. I am a little digital storage, but even I can see that I don’t need my duplicate shopping lists and old article notes. The things I still wanted to keep around me, I used the feature of the documentation to be removed from my home screenwave.
This is the most important step to keep Google under control, especially if you are going to take an important note. Delete what you do not need further, give non -important notes stored documents that you just want to keep in case, and make sure your home screen contains your most important and recent notes.

I like Google likes its simplicity LEAPPLE cap, especially since I get a lot of productive apps a lot of their learning curves and features. But even I need to admit that when the Google Cap’s sticky note format does not reduce it.
I first saw it with my medicine notes. When I changed between my fibromialjia and various treatment of chronic refugees, it became more difficult to detect the dose, why I took some medicines, and the full date for different treatment was stopped.
Transferring some notes into the idea has helped me make my Google less disorder.
As a result, I created a fantastic template that puts my current and past medicines in a more proportional way. This allowed more detailed notes and easy ways to mark whether I still take medicines or supplement. I have also included a column in my template that notes the effectiveness of treatment, along with any side effects.
I am also doing this with my notes related to my cat’s doctors. I usually use for a list of questions that I have, as well as with any remarkable problems facing my cats. But they have also been scattered and irregular, so I plan to create a dashboard in the idea that I can use to stabilize my notes. This will allow me to make a lot of detailed notes and allow them to be easily organized according to date and which cat they apply.
Technically, I used text formatting in Google to make more detailed notes, but they still do not have more advanced benefits of conceptual database and templates.
The simplest approach to taking Google Cap notes means that I will still use it as my primary app for quick notes. This is also the best place to maintain the ideas of my article, because I can quickly write them whether I am in this movement, working, or lying on bed.
But I too had to start using the app more thoughtfully so that it would prevent it from unorganized mess. It includes deleting old notes and preserving, facilitating your theory with labels, and feeling more modern when a note is required to offer more modern features.
