Password managers have their own purpose in their names: manage passwords. OK?
Invalid – their purpose is to do a lot.
I lived in the same boat as many of you used to use password managers to create and store a strong password exclusively. Then one day, my life took an amazing turning point: I started using my password manager for more than just passwords. It may seem stupid at first, but it has made my life much better and easier. How is it here

What is more secret than the password?

Nothing, actually. The password is literally the key to all your accounts – and the data that is sitting inside them. Think about your Google Account that has decades of family photos and private moments. Or your work account; If this is compromised, it can affect your entire team or your client’s plan, not just you. All the troubles of the leakage of just 20 character phrases.
If your passwords already have such a tight security, why not use the same system to protect your personal files?
This is why password managers are designed to offer an ironiced safety against violations – if you set them first properly. This means that you have a separate master password that is just stored in your brain, not on the first drawer of your desk. And for example, it is closed behind the physical 2 FA key for extra security.
But here’s something to think. If your passwords already have such a tight security, why not use the same system to protect your personal files?
Why did I start using my password manager for everything?

I knew I needed a place to store my sensitive files in the day. At that time, I used to subscribe to Microsoft 365, and a small advantage of this subscription was a one -drive feature called Personal Walt. With better security using fingerprint or OTP, this is basically a place within your One Drive Storage – which is perfect for storing sensitive files. But this was not something I could justify for Microsoft’s membership for lonely. When I decided to cancel the subscription, I went to search for a vault replacement.
Looking for a capable alternative, I researched countless secure storage options that no avail. Then an Ephane Fanny killed. I noticed that Einspass (my selection password manager) had more options than storing passwords, and that’s it. I had my call.
I was already using Anipas to store my credit cards and every time I wanted to pay, I put them in the nest without digging my wallet. So, I was not using the app just for the first place for passwords, which opened the doors that I could only do through the app, especially consider the method of nipas.
Anipas has a unique way to handle your data. Most mainstream password managers store their passwords on their servers and limit the available space to about 1GB. On the other hand, Anpus, allows you to choose your favorite cloud storage to store your vault. This means that you get practically unlimited storage, which is only developed by your cloud plan. My Google One 100GB Plan is enough for my document archive in all my media and in Nipas in Google Photo.
When you click the Plus button to add a new item, a list of items that can be saved in it. For the longest time I ignored most of them. Although credit cards are always present, now I use Anipas to literally store every document that I call important.
For example, for my driving license, Einspass Entry has the front and rear photos of its high -river, as well as the text -secured license number, which I can copy quickly when filling out the form online.
From my school and college degrees to all my ID cards, I have saved it all in the Ance Pass. Each of them gets an item of their own, so I have a front and back icon for my driving license, which is properly scanned in the highest resolution and has excellent lighting using office lenses as well as a safe license number in the text, which I fill in the form of an online form.
The same applies to my tax and insurance documents. As soon as I pay my bills, they are updated every year in Anipas. And this is the equivalent of my Indian, the details of social security numbers, other IDs and my car. Everything in one place – and even more importantly is that it has been safely stored.
A secure shelter for all of your main files

It seems that I had a lot of time and effort to keep them all together, and I really did. He has been patient for many years to keep me on the same workflow, to work to do what he has been working today. But I should admit that I am a lazy person. I will find ways to slow down and I will not give up the opportunity to be one.
So, if I am filling an online form, I do not have to get up from my chair, open my wardrobe, and one of it does not have to get a disasty file from one of my documents. The real attempt goes to tap the keyboard a few times to click on the mouse and open the documents in the archives. I just copy what I need or download a picture to upload wherever you need.
If someone randomly asks me for a document when I’m not in my place, I can pull it out of Nipas and take print anywhere.
And if someone raises me for a document, which actually sits in my house in such a safe place that I don’t remember it, then I can pull it out of the antipus and take print without any hassle. Really feels a rock star Kunda, I tell you!
The best thing is that you can mainly do all this with any password manager, not just nineteen. Just dismiss your favorite manager and see yourself what you are losing. And if you already use your password manager more and more, I am all ears to find out more of my super secure app.
