We are very close to the beginning of Apple’s next iPhone Generation. It is expected that the iPhone 17 series will be officially announced next month, and permanent rumors have suggested that the iPhone 17 will be with the usual suspects.
A new rumor of reliable leaks Mejan Boo shows the iPhone 17 air battery capacity, which is allegedly 2,900mAh, which is initially larger than expected. The leakage also states that the battery is set in the case of steel.
Earlier, we heard that Apple’s extra Slam phone would have a 2,800mAh battery. Certainly, this is just a difference of 100mAh, but when you are talking about a battery that is smaller (uses the iPhone 16 3,561mah battery, in context) no extra juice is good.

As the small battery is as horrible, reports show that it will still offer a full day of battery life thanks to the improvement of battery life technology and some performance opportunities in iOS 26. Obviously, we will need to check the iTeSelf itself to see if the battery less than 3,000 mAh can really meet the demands of the iPhone users, but I hope.
The battery is expected to be small, as previous reports indicate that the phone is only 5.5 mm thick. The iPhone is 16 7.8 mm, so there is a significant difference between the current phones and rumors of the air. If Apple manages to reach the thickness of this rumor, it will only defeat the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge, which measures 5.8 mm.
