DJI drones, videography are famous for the excellent lineup of gymnasiums and action cams, etc., but all these devices have one thing in common. They are all running with batteries.
And this is the place where DJI power comes 2000, which you charge in the field of DJI drones (between other devices). This is not the company’s first, but is it the best portable power station for drone operators? I put it in the test.

The drone operators can have a 30, 30 minutes of flight charging unless they buy several expensive, owned batteries that only use one, drone power.
The DJI may now have a response for drone operators who want to charge not only their drone batteries but also with other things as well as extra flexibility.
Did not want to lose action, almost a year ago, the DJI had removed its power 1000 stations. Now they have released the power to increase everything for those who need more, which we are reviewing with some accessories.
DJI Power 2000: Packaging
The power station and its accessories were individually packed in non -distributors, simple cardboard boxes, in which only the simple sketch of the product and they were printed on the box. There is no fancy sparkling or satin box with the features, photos, images or reflection.
Removing the power from the box 2000, we were given only quick start guide, adaptation certificate and AC power cable, no other accessories were provided.
DJI Power 2000: Power Station
Once out of the box, the power 2000 measures 4448 × 225 × 324 mm or 17.6 x 8.9 x 12.7 inches (LXWXH) and weighs 22 kg (or 48.5lbs).

Like the status screen, all sockets, plugs, ports, etc. are in front of power 2000. There are a lot of savings from anything that we will return to the sides and waist, which we will return later.

DJI Power 2000: Charging
Switching on Power 2000 for the first time showed us 51 %. We were happy to see that the AC charging socket was an industry standard C13/14 connector.
But here we stumble from the first obstacle, both sides to avoid accidental disconnecting in the cable, but the screws were very few, the patch of toll -free thumbs improved.
There is a small switch next to the AC charge socket that allows you to set for a sharp or slow charge, charging the power 2000 1300W on a slow charge and is fast doubled to 2200W.
The AC charging socket on the front was not well received, which reviewed several power stations, often excluding the charging on the side or back and removing the front socket.
Also, on the right side of the AC socket is a mysterious multi -pin socket, no custom or software, in our assumption, is not a terminal used for service by DJI.
Using the solar panel sent for this review, it was noted that it was a third -party panel that was created by the “IBCPOWER”. Fortunately, the panel uses MC4 connector. Using the XT60 cable provided to the MC4 provided means that panels may be used for other power stations.
Plugs in the panels in 2000 is a problem. Plugin in the DJI solar panel adapter module provided panels. A small adapter box that has three XT60 sockets, it facilitates you to plug three panels in Power 2000 through this box, which is plugged into the major SDC socket of Power 2000 to charge it.
With just a 200W panel in a moderate bright day, we were just looking at 180W input, which was already charged 89 %, which is estimated at 92 minutes full charge. Using only one panel will take more than 10 hours to charge from 0 % to 100 %.
Earlier, it was mentioned that there were screw holes on the sides of the 2000s and the back of the power. You can see that the MPPT box contains screw holes through it and here the MPPT box power is drawn to the edge of 2000 to make it safe so that you do not lose it. Patch and a hex wrench has been provided.
DJI Power 2000: In use
The status screen is your specific matter that shows you all the useful information you need to look like, such as the State of charge, input and output. Output voltage and AC HZ, USB as well as Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connection.
Keeping electricity at 2000 at its own pace, using this to provide electricity to numerous high -drawing domestic appliances such as rice cooker, mini induction cooker, hair dryer, air freer. Power 2000 managed to give them all separate strength and remained silent.
The use of USB is as common as it is, it was able to easily charge a variety of phones, a Lenovo thinkpad, MacBook air laptop.
Power 2000 has a shared output power of 3000W permanent power.
One of the features that stands in front of us was the feature of uninterrupted power supply or UPS, while the other power stations are worth it, mostly advertising or needing 20 to 30 meters to be arranged. The reaction time is the time when the power station detects the grid closure and turns into the battery.
Power 2000 is proud of 10 MS response time. UPS mode is automatically activated when Power 2000 is plugged into the men, AC On and Power is manufactured.
We tested the plugin in 2000 via multi -plugs through a plugin in a normal home office setup. Setup was almost drawn to 200W, we allowed the setup to remove the Power 2000 for about two hours.
Then we turned the men to charging the electricity back on 2000 to charge, you could automatically activate the UPS logo (the small, orange battery of the arrows under “input”) and Power 2000 started charging 1360W in slow mode.
Once on 100 AT, we re -opened the men’s switch while keeping an eye on the setup, not Flickr. This setup continued as if the power outage was not, Power 2000 pulled the electricity from the batteries and closed the UPS mode.
A prominent feature that is different from other power stations in 2000 is to add two SDC ports to the upper right.
These are multi -use sockets that have been able to charge or discharge power from 2000 using DC power, the connectors are mainly QS10 socket/connectors which are high current anti -spark connections.
We could only use it to charge Power 2000 through the above mentioned MPT solar adapter box.
SDC connections will be allowed to add batteries to the user in Power 2000, or can be charged quickly using separate cables and indigenous cables.
Secondly, DJI drone batteries should be allowed to charge quickly using one of the appropriate adapter cables. It can charge the DJI mic 3 series battery from 10 % to 95 % in about 32 minutes. Infect the mockery 3, moyc 4, air 3, meter 30, mater 4 and 3 drones, costing £ 19 when each cable reviews.

Mainly a hand -trolley that has a sculpture for DJI power series batteries so that power station like power stations sits well at 2000 bases. The trolley supports adding two more to the batteries so that they can be stacked on the main with a simple rich strap to sit down.
Also, we mentioned the patch on the back of the Power 2000, to maintain the middle handle to help it be anchored in the trolley in 2000.
The trolley has 12 cm of heavy duty rubberized wheels, it can also be folded for storage but the handle cannot be shortened or increased. The height of the handle is 98 cm high.
DJI Power 2000: App
This is a place where we think that the DJI can improve a lot and it was a place where we had some concerns.
Most brands have apps that are just ahead of controlling the power station. They are the place where you have access to your profile/account for this brand because many people have loyalty schemes. This is the app that allows you to access the hidden features of your power stations, the settings of compliance with your choice, even once.
The competition, which is mentioned above, is well translated apps that were downloaded from the app your choice, here we used the Google Play Store.
With the establishment of Power 2000, we found and could not find the Google Play Store to get the DJI Home App. Then it was discovered that you have to download and install the app file from the web manually, not exactly what we like to do as it is not as ready as it will be from the Play Store.
When it is fired, the first menu is a DJI product improvement plan that gives us a difference or a choice of “加入”? It was in Chinese but we managed to translate it as “join”. Not for a good start.
The battery detection and configuration was upright but once in the app you can see the power 2000, see where the drawing power, the condition of the charge is.

DJI Power 2000: Final decision
Power 2000 is a solid power station but there is some improvement here and there.
If you have already invested in one of the above mentioned drones and in the market for the power station, the power 2000 is one for you. The SDC connector allows you to charge your drone batteries faster.
The UPS feature was the fastest response, and its closest silent operation means that it can work quietly in your home office as well.
However, it is below some of the poor decisions, such as the front charging socket and the applicable app, and it is below because of being a magnificent status screen.
