The DJI could not confirm or deny that the US ban has disguised this drone.

The DJI barely sells drones in the United States. The shelves are naked. Sellers are jacking prices. It seems that US customs have an unofficial ban. But on Amazon, you can now buy a drone that is the AA dead colored Dji Mini 4 Pro – Skyroor X1 – appropriate for 8 758. And the reason is that the DJI did so.

There is evidence about it, and the DJI could not deny that the Scour X1 was the DJI product a day after our arrival.

As reported Drone XLSecurity researchers have discovered that Skyriver X1 not only has the same species, features, and an incredibly similar app in which the DJI provides for its drones, which also uses the DJI’s own online infrastructure.

In the past, Kevin Finstrary, who made headlines to dig into DJI products, tweeted, “Its @Djiglobal @djisupport @djiflysafe references, and ‘Aasky’ references to DjienterPort @djienterport @djienterport are here. Word was able to log in.

Another security consultant, June Savar, discovered the Skyriver app that even uses encryption keys like DJI, and that the company that made the app just did a preliminary job of trying to hide its tracks, named “DJ” or “DJ”.

But this is not the only suspicious thing going on: No one wants you to know that this drone is like a DJI. When the drone reviewer Air Photography felt in his Skyrower X1 review comments to not identify clear similarities with the DJI, he revealed that he would do so. Agreed Do not mention any other drone brand in the video to secure the review unit. He wrote, “This was his only condition.

Air photography seems to have thought better about it. Now he has two additional videos that compare directly to the mini -4 Pro, and call it “suspiciously alike”.

Note that the drone is not Okay The same air photography says there are minor differences with the camera, and he told the audience that Skyriver will not fit the existing DJI batteries and the current DJI will not be connected to the controllers. He made another video shortly before publishing the story to get some differences.

We gave the DJI a whole day to confirm or deny whether Skyriver X1 is a DJI product, but the company was unable to complete the deadline. “I’m still looking for it with my headquarters team,” said Rejeena Lin. Stuffy.

If Skyveer X1 is created or licensed by DJI, this will not be the first time. US lawmakers are already familiar – and some are angry – that the DJI found an American company, Anzo Robotics, which developed a moyc 3 clone called Ripter, and Hong Kong One, Cogato, the spectata and the spectata mini clone, found a seemingly peeling peel.

According to FCC filing, it seems that Skyriver X1 is made by SZ in Malaysia. Malaysia is currently a popular destination for Chinese companies to avoid the worst of US prices, though it may also be higher in August.

The Skyrover app is listed as its developer in the Apple App Store, and as the Conrad Attorbe shows, its website is closely identical to Kogato for its DJI Clone.

The US government has so far formally banned the DJI drone, but will be automatically banned by December until the “appropriate national security agency” cannot publicly declare that its product is “not an unacceptable threat to the United States national security.” The US Department of Commerce finally launched an investigation on July 1 to assess it.

My interview with the DJI is what will happen if the ban goes.

Meanwhile, the DJI has said that the US Customs is preventing many of its drones from entering the United States. US Customs and Border Protection will not deny this: We have repeatedly asked, but the agency claims that it is not allowed to say it. A statement from CBP spokesperson through TRS DRICCUL is:

The CBP does not have the option of disclosing specific company or commodity information in accordance with various federal laws and internal policies, which is not limited to the Trade Secret Act (18 USC 1905), and some information that may be in response to your request may not be considered as law enforcement information, which may not be considered as a law enforcement information. This reaction ensures the privacy of proprietary trade information and law enforcement information, which in turn protects trade confidentiality and confidence in handling sensitive information.
