Features such as the spiral screen format, cock shares, and various battery reforms are less common in Android users. But Google has many features in OS, it is easy for some people to fly under the radar – especially since they can be deeply buried in the settings.

The many features I regularly use are not talked about as much as they should, one of the reasons is not because of the fact that not everyone is aware that they are present. I would like to change it, sharing five underworlded Android features, I think more of my views deserve more attention.

I added instructions on how to use them and find them, but keep in mind that some cannot be available on all devices, while others may be located in a different folder due to differences in Android versions and skins.

    App Pinking

    Joe Mark / Android Authority

We are all there: You want to show someone an album with your holiday photos, an interesting app that you just discovered, or you have tried the latest game downloaded, but you are afraid they will start passing through your phone.

The idea of a friend or family member who goes through my messages and search date wants to say the least, which is why I use app Pinking in such matters.

The app primarily putting the app on the “pins” app, means a person on the phone cannot turn off it or no one can open it. If they try, they will have to unlock the phone with fingerprint or pin, which is just a job since this is my phone. The problem solution.

To enable the app Pinking, make the head Settings> Security and Privacy> More Security and Privacy> App Pinking. To pin an app, bring a multi -task screen, tap on the app’s icon that you want to pin into the upper part of its preview, and then select the pinch option.

    Share Wi-Fi via QR code

    Robert Triggs / Android Authority

One of the most frequently asked me asked by people coming to the house is, “What is your WiFi password?” If you think about it, it’s a bit regrettable, because I’m sure I am more interesting than anything on someone’s screen, but unfortunately, I have the only fact that I have to deal with.

My WiFi password is long, so it can be time to type time.

The problem here is that my Wi -Fi password is long and complicated, as it should be for safety reasons. I don’t know it wholeheartedly, and typing it can be time anyway, so I share it only through the QR code.

I just go to it Settings> Network and Internet> Internet And then tap my Wi -Fi network. After that, I choose a share option, which brings a QR code that my guests can scan to connect immediately from my Wi-FI network. So easy, yet so effective. How should this technology be?

    Notification date

    Ryan Hans / Android Authority

I receive a lot of information on a daily basis. And what happens is that sooner or later, I ignore some of them, I didn’t know that I had received an important message or if an random app had sent me a notification, I couldn’t care about it. So, how to solve this condm?

This is the place where the date of notification comes. The name says all this – it basically shows me all my information history. So, if I mistakenly swipe one or five out of theory, I still can test them thanks to this feature.

Access to the date of notification, Set the notification panel down and tap the “No Information” text (or sometimes the small date button). If you do not see your history, you must first qualify for the toggle that shows the above.

    Document Scanner

Rita El Khuri / Android Authority

The day when I needed to plug in my All -One Printer, wait for him to be a boot, and then scan a document that I needed to send to someone has gone too far. Not only was this process itself seeking time, but if you have ever worked with printers/scanners, you will know that there are many problems all the time that increase this process-at least this has been my experience.

The tool automatically detects the edges of the document and then uploads it to my drive.

Now, whenever I need to scan a document, I put it on a table, open my camera app, and wait for the “scan document” option to show. Then the device automatically detects the edges of the document, takes a picture, and converts it to PDF, which then uploads to my Google Drive.

However, this is a feature that cannot be available on all phones. I have a pixel, which is clearly well connected with the Google Drive. Samsung phones also have this feature, but they usually upload the document to the Samsung note. You will find many other famous brands like OnePlus and Xiaomi, but not all of them. Try it and tell me if you have comments.

    Smart Text Selection

    Andy Walker / Android Authority

Everyone knows how to select the text on the Android phone. You just press on it and stop and then drag your finger into the part you want to select. It’s easy. But although most people use it only to copy the text, Android’s smart text selection can work more than that.

For example, when I see the phone number on the website, I select the number, and the option to call it right now. So the phone app does not need to open and type it manually. The same is the case for the address: I just choose the address, and an option for viewing it in Google Maps immediately appears.

Then there are dates: The date of choice brings the option to make an event in the Google Calendar, which saves me a ton of time. This is a wonderful feature that many people do not know.

How many of these features do you know?
