After weeks of teasers, OnePlus has officially launched the ACE 6T in China. It is the first phone powered by the recently announced Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. It is currently available for order in China and is expected to debut globally as the OnePlus 15R.

The OnePlus 6T comes with a 6.83-inch AMOLED display that offers up to 165Hz refresh rate, 1,800NITs in high brightness mode, and 1.5K resolution. The panel supports DC dimming, Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and is protected by Oppo Crystal Shield glass.

It is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC, paired with a proprietary G2 network chip and a display chip. The phone can be configured with up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage and 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM.

The ACE 6T includes a vapor chamber that improves heat dissipation compared to the older model. OnePlus claims that the phone offers 165FPS support in several games and 144FPS native support in Honor of Kings.

OnePlus has provided a larger 8,300mAh battery on the ACE 6T. The phone also supports 100W wired fast charging.

The phone is available in Phantom Green, Electric Purple, and Flash Black color options. There is also a Genshin-effect Kamisuto Ayaka Limited Edition that comes in an ice blue color and a collector’s box with various accessories.
