Apple is believed to announce its iPhone 17 family in the second week of September. The iPhone 17 Air, which is expected to change the ‘Plus’ version, may be the game changer in the new lineup with a thin design. Many leaks and rumors have already suggested its design and explanations. Now, a new report shows that the iPhone 17 can be the only new iPhone model with a titanium frame feature.
IPhone 17 Air asked for titanium frame feature
Referring to an investor from Jeff Pancare, an investor from Equity Research Firm GF Securities, Macricers reported that the iPhone 17 Air, which is expected to be unveiled as the successor of last year’s iPhone 16 Plus, will arrive with the Titanium Frame. The iPhone 17, the iPhone 17 Pro, and the iPhone 17 Pro Max model will be allegedly equipped with the aluminum frame.
Apple used the titanium frame for its iPhone 16 Pro and the iPhone 16 Pro Max model. However, the iPhone 16 and the iPhone 16 Plus came with the aluminum frame. The report states that Apple is said to be using titanium because it is claimed to offer high stability that can help maintain the structural integrity of the thin design considered by the iPhone 17 Air. However, the report also notes that aluminum is lightweight than titanium and may have a better choice.
It is expected that the iPhone 17 series will have different designs for each model. They are expected to launch Apple smartphones between September 8 and September 12. According to a recent report, the iPhone 17 Pro models can run through Apple’s A1 -19 Pro Chip, which can be paired with 12GB of Ram, while the iPhone 17 and iPhone 17 Air 8GB can use the standard A19 chip.
In addition, the iPhone 17 Pro and non -pro models are indicated for the 6.3 -inch display feature. Meanwhile, the iPhone 17 Air can play 6.5 -inch screen, and the iPhone 17 Pro Max is expected to get a 6.9 -inch display.
