The series is based on its usual fall schedules. This line -up will include regularly
But the action will not be stopped – is also being created to be busy in the early 2026, the next iPhone 17E and a new iPad are expected in the spring.
Yes, according to a new report, the upcoming entry level iPads (J581 and J582) and the new iPad Air Model (J707, J708, J737, and J738) will arrive just one year after the current version was reduced last March.
Apple is expected to replace the current 9 349 entry iPad 11th General (alias iPad A16) around March or April. The new model, which is probably called the iPad 12th General (2026), will look like a lot like it is now out but faster pack. Since the current version runs on A16, the new will get A17 – the same chip that strengthens the iPhone 15 series.

And if you are just for your child or just after browsing, entertainment and light work, after a solid twenty member to study, this new model should be more than enough. I am using the current, and honestly, it is a great partner who handles daily tasks without worrying about making my baby a baby.
But for those who need more muscle, the iPad Air Model is also upgraded to M3 chip in M4. Otherwise, they will not change much. These are further development and it is expected that the new entry will be launched at the same time as the level iPad.
On the high end, the iPad Pro is due to be upgraded to the M5 chip in early October. But if you need someone soon, the iPad Pro M4 (2024) is more than a wonderful choice and it is only one year (+2 months) old.
Now, while Apple is clearly developing a lot of new iPad models for next year – with better chips and just minor design opportunities – I think the actual excitement can really come by software: Rollout of iPados 26.
Because let’s be real, regardless of how powerful the hardware is, the iPad software has always been a real limit. The purpose of iPados 26 is to change it, at least a little, with a fresh window management system called Stage Manager 2.
This new system brings a menu bar that pops up when your keyboard, which makes your iPad feel like a Mac. You will be able to change the size of Windows, move them anywhere on the screen and open more than one Windows together. In addition, it remembers the size and position you’ve left your apps inside, so everything opens like your choice.
Stage Manager 2 allows you to group Windows in separate “stages”, and it works easily with external display. In the upper part, background works will be highlighted directly with activities, which will provide better control and dedication to you.
And with the end of the OS, the next iPad launch can be even more interesting. We can really begin to discuss whether to occupy MacBook or iPad.
So far, the iPad has not only been similar to Max’s tasks, but thanks to the improvement of these software – and Apple loads the latest, most powerful chips into the iPad – some users may find that the iPad is actually a smart choice.
