My hot water bottle is mandatory in winter, my sheets are cold, so climbing the bed is not like crawling in the ice box. But during the summer, it collects dust. I will never dream of using a hot water bottle in the heatwave.
Even I was informed that people were putting their hot water bottles in the freezer and as a result, taking the ice pack to bed with me.
Before I politely warned, I was excited to hack this cooling sleep that it could be a bad idea – freezing your hot water bottle could harm it.

So I tried to compromise with cool water and now my hot water bottle can become a bedside all year long.
Don’t freeze your hot water bottle, it’s not as cool as it seems
Instead of cooling and easy ice packs you are dreaming, freezing a hot water bottle can produce potentially dangerous consequences.
Hot water bottles are not designed for the freezer and weaken the extremely cold rubber mold, which is more responsible for the break and tears.
Earlier, I had burst a hot bottle of water on me and this is a traumatic and extremely confused experience (no one wants to think about why their feet are wet.)
Fortunately for me, the water had already cooled by when the trash started.
However, if you break down immediately after filling a hot water bottle, you may risk scaling yourself.
So avoid the freezer. But that doesn’t mean that your hot water bottle cannot help you in the heatwave.
Fill your hot water bottle with cold water
It seems clear now, but instead of filling your hot water bottle well, with warm water, try to use cold water instead.
First, I removed the cover. My hot water bottle covers a sharp, penguin style that looks cool (in every sense of word) to help my struggle for cooler sleep.

After that, I waited for water with a tap so that the icy cold ran and filled the bottle.
Then when I went to bed, I put a bottle of cold water at the foot of the mattress, collided with a lightweight.
The bottle felt coldly cold, not against my legs, not freezing, helps to reduce my entire body temperature.
The cold rubber is a slightly strange feeling (I kept thinking about jellyfish) but after a couple of minutes I stopped thinking too much and just started to enjoy the sensation of the cold.

I expected the water would get heated quickly but didn’t happen when I had the opportunity to sleep (I expect a different experience if I keep it close to my basic part.)
And since I felt a more comfortable temperature, even in a filling room, I went without any time.
Since this hack is so easy – the hardest part was to find my hot water bottle – I’ll try it in the summer.
3 more cooling replacement
Looking more ways to sleep this summer? Try these hexes (with or without a bottle of hot water.)
1. Take a warm bath or shower before bed
Raining before bed heat your basic temperature, which looks like the worst thing in the heatwave.
However, when you get out of the bathroom, your body temperature falls, you cool you down before you go to bed and sleep at the perfect temperature.

A member of my team swore with a warm, lavender aroma bath before bed in the summer, it shows that it helps to feel calm and cool. And if you are suffering from allergies, quick washing means that you will not take a jirg of sleep with you.
2. DIY Air Conditioning
If you are trying to sleep in the heat in a building without AC, you can create your air using a fan and ice cup.
Keep the fan so that it is facing your bed. Fill a bowl with ice and place it in front of the fan. When the fan is turned on, it will blow the air over the ice, and send a cold explosion in your direction.
You can also keep your room cool by following the cave method. Close your blinds and windows during the day to keep hot air away.
3. Keep your clothes back
No one wants the layers in the summer, but if you are trying to defeat the heat, you do not sleep naked.
During the heatwave you are sweating in your sleep, as your body tries to cool down. If you are naked, these droplets of sweat are nowhere to go anywhere, but sticking to your skin, slowly becomes vapors. This can make you feel warm.

(Light, breathing capable) A pair of pajamas, however, will soak sweat. The sweat wacking effect will make you feel cool.
And talk to light and breathing, consider changing your bed with natural materials or cooling fabrics.
Very hot golds (who often experience sweat at night), we recommend investing in one of the best cooling mattresses, to help you stay in the right temperature season is a heatwave or cold snap.
