An American judge has ruled that Huawei will have to hear a trial following 16 counts of counting in 2019, in which a Chinese telecommunications company has tried to try to steal trade secrets from its US rivals and try to sell Iran to sell surveillance, despite trade restrictions. Reuters. Currently, a case has been settled on May 4, 2026.

US District Judge Ann Donly found enough evidence to deny the company’s bid for the dismissal of the person. In a 52 -page verdict, the Brooklyn judge ruled that his arguments for dismissal were premature. The person alleged that Huawei was busy disputes, stole trade secrets from six companies and misled financial organizations about his work in Iran and committed bank fraud.

Iran’s allegations created a Hong Kong -based Hong Kong -based company on a company called Skyom, which did business in the country. Donley said the prosecution successfully alleged that the sky work “works as an Iranian subsidiary of Huawei and eventually the Million through the US financial system stands to take advantage of the transfer of more than 100 million.

Huawei has requested not to be guilty and has tried to dismiss 13 of the 16, and has referred to himself as “a prosecutor’s target in search of a crime.” The matter goes back to 2019 during President Trump’s first term, and in collaboration with the Justice Department, it launches investigation into China’s alleged intellectual property theft.

Chinese officials have accused the US government of using “economic bullying” and national security concerns as an excuse for “oppression of Chinese companies”. The company’s CFO Meng Wenzho, whose father founded the company, was arrested in Canada for three years and was detained for three years on the charges that Huawei violated sanctions with Iran. Vinzhu was finally released and his allegations were ousted.

The US government began to restrict Huawei’s access to US technology in 2019, citing security concerns. The company struggled to maintain its market share with these restrictions, but after that it has promoted its development of chips and related technologies. The company also transferred its focus to the Chinese market.
