The Google Drive has received many features related to Gemini in the past months. However, many of these features first come to the Google Drive on the web before going to the Android app. Now we have seen that Google Drive on Android can soon submit the PDF summary through the PDF viewers. Google Drive on the web already serves automatic PDF summary. Now, the Google Drive for Android contains the V2.25.250 Code for PDF Saming by Gemini. We managed to activate the feature before its release to give you the initial form:
In the near future, consumers will likely be able to summarize the PDF that are either secured in their Google Drive or through Google Drive. They will not have to leave the PDF viewers and summarize the file from Gemini inside the drive – instead, they will be able to mobilize Gemini from within the PDF viewers. Users will be able to click on the three dot icon on the top right and select this Summary of this file Options they can tap the Gemini icon in the header and type in their request to summarize the PDF.
Note that this feature is unlikely to work with the offline PDF that you are opening through the Google Drive PDF viewer, so don’t try to summarize download files. Your best condition will be to drive the PDF files on the drive to get a summary.
Unfortunately, these PDF abstracts do not appear automatically, as they are on the web. However, this will not be a big deal, as you will be able to manually start a summary for any PDF that you need to summarize.
In addition to all this, the file Smith feature will also make it easier for users to summarize numerous files and folders. Selection of numerous files will be very easy, as users can potentially select multiple PDFs and documents by putting long pressures. We succeeded in activating the feature before its release for the initial look:
Users will be able to select files as well as a folder, but they can only be limited to selecting a folder. When we selected numerous folders, we could not act to work, as you can see in the last screenshot above, where the gym icon is no longer prominent. Thankfully, it looks like how many PDFs and documents you can have has no limit, which should easily meet most of the requirements.
