As AI has rated the Big Tech for smart glasses, there is a tech that can play the lead role. Aximus, which launched a solid state “a chip on the fan last year”, is a new one for the wearers. This can help future smart glasses melt your face symbolically – and not literally.

Established in 2018, XMEMS specializes in the Micro Electro Mechanical System (MEMS) technology. The California -based company started with solid state speakers. Last year, it introduced the phone and other thin devices to its “fan on a chip”. Now, it is using its technology to wear.

Since smart glasses add more modern tech, the devices need to be cool. But you can’t walk with the fans to blow your face at all. This will happen… noise. Mechanical fans will also lift valuable properties, which will lead to low performance or large number of glasses. The Tech that made its bones can offer a solution.

XMEMS says its cooling chip can help smart glasses use its full force without much heat. The company claims that Silicon gives glasses more to 70 % more power, which has more power to operate. (They can use more power before hitting their thermal boundary.) The chip also kept the equipment cool. It also reduced thermal resistance to 75 %.

The company says it is translated into the cool levels of the skin, which is important in the facial wear. (At the same place you avoid melting your face False The path also leads to permanent performance, better comfort and long -term reliability.

There is no motors or bearings in chip architecture. It works silence and vibration -free. It is also small: as small as 9.3 x 7.6 x 1.13 mm.

Axemus marketing VP Mike Haas Holder wrote, “Smart glasses are much higher than the heat performance problem. It directly affects the user’s comfort and safety.” “XMEMS ‘COOL cooling technology is the only active solution that is small, thin and mild, which directly manages the surface temperature, in order to integrate directly into the limited volume of the iPare frame to enable the capabilities of the clothing all day long.”

Samples are available for manufacturers interested in XMEMS. The company expects volume production to begin in early 2026.
