NASA, axis space, and Space X are not targeting anyone before June 19 for the fourth private astronaut mission of the International Space Station. The Axis Mission 4 launches were postponed from June 12 as the agency continued to examine the recent leakage repair on ISS. The small leak, located in the AFT section of the Zeizida Service module, has been observing for years. Now, after the recent repair, the pressure in the module transfer tunnel has remained stable, which indicates the air flow from either the successful sealing or other station baskets of the leak.

According to NASA’s update, while stable pressure offers promises, teams are still guessing whether it reflects a successful seal or air flow leakage from the main station. It is expected that pressure changes over time will provide clear insights. Adjustment in the launch schedules is considered as usual by NASA and its international partners, especially when the work of the ship’s station requires immediate priority.
Progress on the diagnostic front has allowed review of new launch Windows. The new date of launch for the Axiom-4 mission is currently targeted for June 19, 2025. Space X has confirmed that all technical problems that cause the first delay have been solved.
