Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 confirmed at Microsoft’s Xbox Games Showcase on Sunday. The game will start in PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series S/X in 2025, which will be fully disclosed at the end of this summer. Interestingly, despite Microsoft signing a 10 -year contract with Nintendo in 2023, Nintendo Switch 2 version of the next call duty was absent from this announcement. However, the activation has now confirmed that it is working with Nintendo to bring the call of duty.
Activation ‘Permanent’ to bring the code switch
In a statement jointly with the IGN, the activation said it was “committed to bringing the series to the Nintendo platform. However, there is no specific mention of Nintendo Switch 2.
“We are determined to get a franchise on the switch,” the statement said. Both teams are working on it. When ready, we will share the details. “
Although the publisher has pledged to bring the series to Nintendo, it is unclear whether Black Ops 7 will make its way to switch 2 at any time.
In 2023, Microsoft signed a 10-year licensing agreement with Nintendo to bring a call off duty to its platform to address the concerns of the activation-Blazer’s attempt to achieve it. The Xbox parents signed a similar deal with Sony to keep the call of duty games at the PlayStation.
Call of Duty: Black Opse 7 has been developed by Troych and Raven Software and is marking the release of back -to -back Black Ops for the first time in the history of Democracy. The game is arranged in 2035, 40 years after the Black Ops 6 events, and puts players in the shoe of David Mason, the main character of Black Ops 2.
“The year is 2035 and the world is on the verge of chaos, after the events of Black Ops 2 and Black Ops 6, violent conflicts and psychological warfare have been destroyed. By pushing the latest technology, David Mason and his team will have to fight against a manipulative enemy, which is the highest fear.”
A thorough revelation and more information about the game is coming at the end of this summer. Black Ops 7 will launch on the PC later in 2025 (via Steam, Xbox PC app, Butal.net), PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series S/X. This game will also be available with the pass.
