    tl; drag

    • Some free YouTube music users are starting to watch new banners ads.
    • These ads appear between core art and now game control.

The cost of YouTube music premium is $ 10.99 per month, but you can also use this service for free. However, the use of the platform, however, comes with a defect of advertising. And it seems that these users may find additional food of advertising in the near future

Currently, people who use the free version of YouTube music come to advertise after every two songs. These ads now appear on the screen -playing screen, occupying a place where core art is usually shown. There is a “sponsored” label with these ads, the number of ads, and the timer. When these ads run, the progress bar becomes yellow and now game controls are fry.

Even in an attempt to pack in advertising, it seems that YouTube music is testing a new banner ad. Some users are reporting that they now see a banner ad, which appears between core art and now game control.

These banner ads contain advertising icons, a line of text, sponsored label, and URL. On the right is a drop -down arrow and the “Buy Now” button. Unlike other ads, these banners do not interfere with your listening experience nor take control of you. Although they are not as invasive as you have to hear, users are likely to receive additional advertising support.

Fortunately, it appears that this change has not yet been achieved by most consumers. It is unclear how broad the test is.
