    • Some nest audio and nest mini users are watching blue and purple colors on their devices instead of normal white light.
    • This change indicates the presence of Gemini and it seems that the Google Home Public Preview program is being offered to users to enroll the experimental AI.
    • One user reported that his nest audio became irresponsible after the gym lights began.

A large number of Google’s nest audio users on the Reddate have reported an extraordinary look on their devices. Instead of the usual white LED lights, their speakers have begun displaying blue and purple. Although the change is fine, it is quite unimportant and raising questions.

This shows that the colorful shift is part of the ongoing transfer of the company’s next generation of AI assistant to Gemini from Google’s assistant. Milan Light Pattern is similar to Gemini’s branding and is showing it for users who are part of the Google Home Public Preview and have chosen experimental AI features.

Although this change is mostly viewed on nesting audio devices, some users in the United States have also seen gymnonymous lights on their nest mini (second general) units.

Google started testing Gemini on its smart speakers in December, and it looks like the rollout is spreading slowly. However, this is not all smooth sailing. A Reddate user has reported that activation of AI’s features causes their nest audio irresponsible, and others are careful to move caution.

If you are enrolled in a public preview and are facing problems, you want to try to register and reset your speaker from the program to restore general functionality.

So far, Google has not released any official comment on the latest reports, but if you are seeing a blue purple brightness from your speaker, you are probably getting the early taste of Gemini.
