- Netflix cleaner is re -designing visuals and algorithmic recommendations.
- On mobile, streaming giant AI is searching for AI and vertical video.
- Not surprisingly, early opinion online is basically important.
Netflix has begun developing new experimental features for mobile users as well as an important design of its TV interface. Although the company is complying with “new TV experience” as an easy and more intuitive way to discover content, preliminary reactions suggest that many people do not believe.
As I in detail Netflix Press ReleaseThe new TV homepage brings many visual and active changes. These include large tiles, moving the shortcut from the left to the upper part of the screen, and the label of clear materials such as “TV shows#1” and “Emmy award”. Netflix says the recommendations will be more responsible for seeing your mood and viewing habits “in the moment”, which raises your experience.
This more algorithmic point of view means that some long -standing features have been changed all around. For example, if you want to find movies through gender, such as action or drama movies, now you have to leave the main interface and go to the search tab. With the general emphasis on large tiles and reaction recommendations, it seems that re -design is to encourage inactive scrolls rather than active discovery.
On mobile, Netflix is testing a productive AI -powered search tool that allows users to type natural language indicators, such as “I want some funny and encouraging.” Here is a tricky -style vertical video feed, which allows users to swipe, save, save, or distribute titles through clips.
Although the update has not yet been widely out, initial feedback shows that the mood is more skeptical than celebrating. At the time of writing, the YouTube video above has only four comments, none of which are honorary. On one Reddate threadAnswers are widely important. A new net flix layout screenshot from a press release said, displaying the show, which no one wants, is appropriate.
However, the public views are wider than a few Internet commentators, and we will see that this new experience is welcomed globally in the coming weeks and months.
