We had to play with a new minipc to review. It is Belink SER9 Pro, and for about $ 600/€ 700, it is equipped with a powerful processor, RAM load, two M2 slots, two speakers, four microphones, and many ports for expansion of storage.
Belink sent the Ser9 Pro to a mini-PC, a chinky 120W power adapter, and a HDMI cable in a small box.
Ser9 Pro in the same sequence with AMD’s 45W, 4nm Ryzen 7 H 255 and 32GB soldered LPDDR5X RAM (4x8GB, 6400MT/s). The CPU has 8 core and 16 thread and one peak clock speed is 4.9GHz. The SOC has packed Redon 780m IGPU with a 12 computing unit, 768 sheders, and 2.6GHz clock speed. There is no built -in NPU, so AI’s work itself is handled by the CPU and does not accelerate.
In ordinary balcony fashion, you have got an excellent selection of ports. There are four microphones, two 10GBPS USB ports (a type C, a type-a), and 3.5 mm audio jack. In the back section, there is a DC for electricity, a 40GBPS USB-C port, an HDMI (up to 4K on 240Hz), another 3.5 mm audio port, a 10 Gb PS USB-A and two 480Mbps USB-A ports, a display port 1.4 (4K@240Hz), and a 2.5G lan.
Belkn Ser9 Pro
If you need more storage, an SD card reader, and some more USB ports, fellow SE dock, especially made for SER9 Pro Mini-PC. It is an 80gbps-capable dock that ships with USB-C cables with two-inch perfect USB-C.
The two USB cables are specifically made to adjust the dock up or under SER9 Pro Mini-PC, especially in terms of your preference.
Both together
The dock includes 300MB/SD 4.0 card slot, two 10Gbps USB-A ports, 2.5G LAN port, and two USB-C ports, which are dedicated to a mini-PC.
Given that you lose two of the two USB-C ports available to connect Matt SE to the mini-PC, we cannot say that we are completely happy with the number of typec ports. Technically you have only 80Gbps USB-C on the dock, and a 10Gbps USB-C port on the MINI-PC. On the contrary, you get a total of six USB-A ports. In 2025, we will prefer USB-C ports more than USB-A ports.
There are two PCI 4.0 M2 slots inside the dock, which you can fill up to 16 TB SSD storage, or 8 TB per slot. The dock also includes a fan for active cooling.
