The DJI’s obstacle system can be as useful on the ground as it is in the air. The DJ, known for its dominance in the drone market, has entered the smart home world with a range of robots called Romo. Beyond its drones, gymnasiums and action cameras, the Chinese company had previously added to the category of portable power stations and other products, including e -bikes.

For those who are wondering why the DJI made the robot vacuum as its next project, it seems understood by considering the “Omni Directorate of Directorate Sensing” of the company found in its drones. The same system that helps DJI to avoid cracks, when capturing cinema footage easily translates into a robot vacuum that can visit the furniture without any home. In addition to detecting the barrier, which can measure up to millimeters, the DJI created two flexible cleaning weapons, a very high 25,000 PA suction and a base station in which the space will automatically be cleaned and itself.

To make it more efficient, the DJI machine is packed in learning algorithm that helps to find the best way to clean the Romo vacuum. Intelligence on the ship can also find out if an area is particularly dirty and spends more time there. To reduce it, the Romo uses the noise reduction system while emptying it, and you can control the hand -free through sound orders.

DJI is offering Romo into three models: Entry Level Romo S, which starts at about $ 650, Midrej Romo with a transparent vacuum design that goes to $ 750 and the top -off line romo, with both transparent vacuum and base stations for at least $ 950. The DJI is releasing Romo in front of China first, but says that there is availability abroad later this year. Although robots are not so risky of security like drones, the DJI is currently trying to find out how to avoid a ban in the United States when the National Defense Options Act is implemented later this year. Unless the DJI is audited and cleared by any of the US national security agencies, any new DJI drone will be prevented from importing or selling to the United States.
