Samsung launched the Public One UI 8 beta program on the Galaxy S25 series in May – Stable One UI8 launched its start with 2025 foldables. Next week, the company will increase the program to last year’s flagship.
From next week, owners of the following models in the United States, the UK, India and South Korea will be able to sign up for an UI 8 beta via Samsung members app: Samsung Galaxy S24, S24+, S24 Ultra, S24 FE, Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Philip 6.

Once again, this is for the son – a stable release is coming in later history and the son will add feedback from the program. The release will begin in September for the Galaxy S25 series and will spread to other product lines in order.
Older phone people will have to wait more. For example, the following models will be included in an UI 8 beta that begins in September:
Note that we are assuming that the Galaxy S. Per Model is included in their relevant S series, as Samsung is already examining an UI 8 on the S24 FE. Also, we are not sure why the Galaxy A36 is on the list but not A56 – this is from the global press release, so it is not a regional thing.
Given an UI 8 tree watch branch, the Galaxy Watch Ultra has already received a stable update. However, the Galaxy Watch 7 is still on the son for some reason. Samsung is also examining old models and says an UI 8 clock will “spread the Galaxy Watch 8 series later this year to the Galaxy Watch model”.
