Do you like movie photography? Me too Do you enjoy setting up your Instagram feed through film photos? Me too! Analog is a bit charming about photography, and in recent years, we have seen its popularity rise, a trend that is returning (such as a big Blazer and Begi Jeans).
Then it is natural that camera manufacturers meet at times and make modern film cameras. That’s what the military has done … but in a way none of us expected. I am talking about the FiFilm X -Half, a type of camera that is contrary to anyone else in its current lineup, and it is far from the beaten track by combining digital and film photography.
What do I mean by this, do you ask? Well, the X -Half takes regular images like any digital camera, but it also has a dedicated film camera mode that copies the feeling of analog. When I spent a few hours with the camera pre -launch, readers from a couple Tom’s leader pointed out that this was a trick. Now that I have reviewed the camera, I say: So what? It’s fun, it’s A lot of funAnd why am I present to tell you?

Togeling the film camera format on Fijfil X -Half is a piece of cake. There are two touch screen display on the back: Round, Vertical touch screen run you exchanged between 13 film simulation recipes and multiple filters, while the rectangular 4×3 screen provides you with camera settings and gallery access.
To enable the film camera mode, easily swipe and tap it on the rectangular screen. Then you select your role (for example 36 shots) and film simulation or filter, adjust to ISO and ETWel! The screen shows a shot counter and you will need to use lever to the right to move the roll forward-as you will go to a traditional film camera.

Also, like other film cameras, you won’t be able to see your photos until you finish the roll, connect the camera with your smartphone and use the X -Half app to ‘prepare’ the movie. And you know what? I had a lot of fun with it. Your ‘movie roll’ on your phone is pleasant to see your ‘movie roll’ load and the little animation that shows every image ‘developing’.
The basic principles of analog photography also apply here. Some pictures turned out to be tremendous, some images are unusable and some are incomplete, and I like it. The X -Half images are beautiful with the effects of film life (thanks to film Sims), and you can also enhance the effect of grain.
Why can’t we just have fun?

I like to test Fijfil X half. I think it’s a small camera (literally, it is so small) who also wants to access the military’s incredible film simulation recipes and filters, and wants to take a Freelas camera at a concert, festival or travel.
But Purests will believe you are a toy camera and not worth it. Look, I got it. It’s not Really Film photography. X half is either the cheapest, retailer in 9 849 / £ 690. Its sensor takes only 17 MP photos, and the video is limited to FHD/48P. No, it is not a decorated camera when it comes to pure imaging capabilities, but why everything is needed?
Here the morality of Fajfal is that sunglasses are not always everything, and I see it. It’s not always about how many megapixels you have or have physical image stability in the camera. Sometimes, and this time, in particular, it is a sprinkled camera that even a baby can use. X is half Pure entertainment, Nothing more, nothing less.
