The Acinos 2500 Galaxy was not ready over time for the S25 series, but Samsung has put the last touch on it and made it official – over time that the Galaxy Z Flip 7, which will debut on July 9.
The Xinos 2500 has been developed on the latest Samsung’s latest 3NM Gate (GAA) node for better power performance and uses new packaging-fencar outwear level packaging or fowlp. This allows to improve the low thickness and heat consumption.
The CPU is a 10 -core (Dika Core) design called Samsung 1+7+2 arrangements. In fact, this is 1+2+5+2 because the middle core is divided into two to reduce the power consumption. Samsung claims 15 % more “Big Core” performance.
A Cartex-X-925 Core in CPU is running at 3.3GHz, two fast cortex-A 725 at 2.74GHz and five more A725 at 2.36GHz, a pair of Kartx-A520 core at 1.8GHz. You can see the detailed error in the table below, as well as compare with the old acne 2400 and dimensions 9400 (non -pulse).

The GPU is an X -Clepes 950, the fourth generation of AMD -based graphics. They are based on RDNA 3 (such as on the previous chip set) and support the hardware ray tracing. Although it is based on the same architecture, X Clepes 950 is a large GPU with 8 work group processors (WGP) and 8 Rinder Back & (RB, RBPs). For comparisons, Acinos 2400 GPU had 6 work group processors and 4 renderback and 4. It should provide 28 % more FPS in ray tracing sports.
The latest chip set also brings a significant speed -up to the NPU – AI work can benefit up to 59 tips, which is 39 % higher than the Xinos 2400 offer. This should enable more features to work on the device. In the case of hardware, Samsung made a design with two 12k Mac Clusters (for a total of 24k Mac), which is from the old chip’s 17k Mac.
Samsung also developed camera hardware. Photos can be shot with multi -layered noise and dynamic range compression (DRC). Video Block can record up to 30 FPS in the 8K resolution. The video playback goes up to 8k 60fps and has a code of conduct.
A key upgrade in the built -in acne modem is supported for non -terrain network (NTN) capabilities. It opens a satellite -based messaging door. The 5G modem supports the latest 3GPP RL. Offers up to 9.6Gbps speed for 17 and FR1 and up to 12.1Gbps for FR2. Local contacts include Wi -Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. Samsung also says it has improved the Analog GNSS interface (for global positioning).
Official Ecinos 2500 Page Reads “Product status: mass production”. Samsung should have enough unit for the new Galaxy Z Philip 7. Cheap Z Flip can use 7 per old Xinos 2400.
