The latest update of Eti in his company’s policy around computerized tools has removed a key component that has allowed a license of the kind, which has confused many sellers where they stand.

One of the biggest considerations of profit is how long it takes to process after a 3D printed model. The highest profit always comes from something that can be sold with some basic cleaning and not much, so if you have to spend time and content to change a print significantly, your profit margin decreases.

There is an original file on the left that has no change except that I have printed it in a soft PL so that my daughter can wear it without fear of breaking it if she drops it. It took me a while to remove and clean the support, but I could sell it in good profit because this is a different way to print a helmet.
The one on the right took a lot of time. The steps I had to undergo were these:
- Remove 3D printed support
- Sand the whole helmet until smooth
- Fill the lines of any layer from the first sanding
- Sand the dry filler so that everything smooth and even
- Spray the Fuller/Primer on top of the helmet to make the same layer
- Sprinkle helmet with black vaccine under coat
- Sprinkle the helmet with silver paint
- Stick to the separated pieces of the ear

Now, I can sell this second helmet to Etsy. I am sure that the policy will cover such adjustments, and I can even change a good profit, but it will be much less than the profit from the first helmet, though I can take a lot of compensation for it. However, I don’t think the first helmet will be eligible as my original design.
