The browser company unveiled a new artificial intelligence (AI) browser on Wednesday. Dodged, the new browser comes with an integrated AI chat boot that can access information on different tabs and help users help them with questions. The new browser comes eight months later when the company has announced that it is leaving the support of the arc browser due to the difficulty of reaching the arc browser for widespread settlement. The AI -powered diabis browser is currently available in the beta to select users on Mac Devices.
Dia browser is available in early access to ARC members
In a post on X (previously known as Twitter), the official handle of the DIA unveiled the new browser. Unlike the arc, it does not feature vertical tabs, but instead there are horizontal tabs in the upper part of the browser interface. Based on its website, Dia acts like a traditional browser, which has the additional advantage of the AI chatboat located on the right side panel.
The first was flown in December 2024, the DIA’s AI Chatboat is a central system throughout the browser. This means that the user can share several open tabs with it, and it can answer the questions using all these information. In a new YouTube video, the company calls it a browser who already knows everything unless there is information inside none of the tabs.
The AI chat boot can perform numerous tasks, which include summarizing web pages, rewriting emails and messages, analyzing content to answer questions about questions, and much more. It can also summarize YouTube videos and share time stamps, form a chart and table comparing different products on different tabs, and even translate and explain pages into a different language.
In a separate post, the company revealed that it was working on an experimental feature called History for Dia. History is an optim feature (default) that allows users to ask questions about tabs that were opened in the past. Once the feature is activated, users can access this information by typing @History in the text field. With this, users can ask questions like, “Which videos have I watched yesterday?”
In particular, the DIA is currently available to the arc members as a preliminary access. The DIA only supports MacOS14 and new devices that are Apple’s M1 chip set or new -driven. ARC members can download the diarrhea here and start using the browser after creating a new diagnosis account using their arc email address.
