    • IFIXIT Sony’s latest flagship headphone tears show some welcome repair improvement.
    • The WH -000xm6 battery is preserved with patch rather than sticking, which can be easily changed.
    • Headphone driver, USB-C port, audio jack, and button board are also easy to access.

Sony recently unveiled WH-1000xm6, one of the most expected successors in the market’s best flagship headphones. The new model brings a lot of improvement compared to its predecessor, which includes significantly sharp QN3 processor, improved ANC, improved voice call quality, long battery life and more. XM6 also brings some happy design changes. Sony has re -introduced the folding mechanism on the new model, which was left on the XM5. The company has also easily included replacement LPT separate airpads and designed a fully new travel case. But that’s not all.

Sony has also allegedly designed to enter the XM6, which can improve repair capacity. IFIXIT has seen a number of upgrades, which makes it easier to repair the flagship headphones. Its tears suggest that the XM6 -powered lithium polymer battery is preserved in plastic housing with two screws instead of double -sided sticking, making it easier.

XM6 drivers are also kept by the residential plate through Philips Head Screw and Rubber Plug, which is allowed straightforward indifference. Sony has made the modular USB-C port, audio jack, and the button board much easier than being on the XM5. You can check how easy it is to separate the headphone below the IFIXIT tears below.

Although the company has not yet shared a repair manual for the headphones, you can expect it soon. Sony has published a published for the old model, and we do not see why he will not do so for his latest flagship headphone.

As far as alternative parts are concerned, Sony currently offers no one for the WH000xm6 or its predecessor. However, seeing that the company is actively changing its headphone repair, there is a possibility that it will start selling alternative parts soon.

What do you think about the decision to make Sony’s headphones easier? Will these changes agree to you to buy WH -000xm6 instead of a flagship headphone from another brand? Tell us in the comments.
