    • Google integrated the pair into the mat in 2022.
    • Ever since, some pairing features remain as a legacy calling mode within the mats.
    • Google now shares that this legacy support is ending in September.

Anyone who has been using Google products and services for any time is well aware of the company … Let’s say “reorganization” things. Branding is updated, new services are introduced, products are distributed, products are found, and sometimes Google has to kill only one. A few years ago, Google was in the middle of one of these periods of their recovery for its communication apps, and that means that the pair should be combined.

Finally, we lost the pair as soon as we knew, and saw it absorbing it in the meeting. But even as soon as it happened, Google allows users to continue accessing some of this old functionality, and present it as a “legacy (pair) calling”. If you were still a fan of working old, we have received some bad news for you, because Google now shares its intention to end the support of this legacy at some point in the coming September. 9TO5GOGLE,

If you are not really up to the whole distribution between the pair and the mat (or have stopped taking care of just understanding after the transfer in 2022) then here is a review of the features that Google says will lose with a reduction in support of Legisi:

It seems that you are losing a lot, but we have to keep in mind that Matt has been at the forefront of Google’s development efforts in the past few years, and consequently offers a modern, feature -filled call experience that the majority of users are preferred anyway. This includes cloud encryption and direct captions such as neckty.

An unexpected accident may be how video calls like Nest Hub Max work on Google’s smart display. The general questionnaire of Google transfer has explained that nest devices only support heritage calls, so it seems that Hub Max’s already limited call support can be further down-its voice is likely to be inactive.

Hopefully we may be listening to a bit of this transition, including in September when we can expect it to expect it over time and after time.
