Update: Madhu Sheath turned to X to clarify that the Explor Honor (HTECH) was not shutting down and that all the Honor departure reports from India were incorrect.
The honor is not going anywhere and is not getting with any other brand.
The original story is as follows:
Honor left the Indian market in 2021, just to announce a winning return in September 2023. The allegation was headed by Madhu Shith, former Chief Relmi India, who, under the “Med in India” program, left the head of a local organization Hetik’s head.
Today, just 20 months later, the whole thing is gone. Honor India fans suddenly received an announcement about government communications channels that “Honor Explore” has officially stopped operations and cooperation in India.
Message from Explore Honor Telegram Group
The Telegram Group, which we received a screenshot, will be named as the “Alcatel India Community” from the “Explor Honor India Fan Club”. Recreation, Madhu Sheath recently transferred to a local company, which will bring the Alcatel brand back to the smartphone market, which has purchased the rights of the TCL.
Sheath is now the founder and tech adviser of Alcatel India, according to his LinkedIn, and his X (formerly Twitter) account bio is no longer related to honor.
On the current biox of Madhu Sheth
This is the place where it is interesting. His new company, NXT, resembles NXT paper and NXT vision, a technology trademark used by TCL, the corporation, which has the rights of the Alcatel. In addition, TCL 50 and TCL 60 phones share similar designs with some alkaline products that have been tampered with.
See the similarities between unauthorized alkaline phones and TCL 50 Pro NXT paper?
We will see if the phone matches are beyond design with the official announcement – it’s not too late.
