BlackShark unveiled the GS3 Nellie smartwatch more than a year ago, and now it’s introduced the Ultra model.
The Black Shark GS3 Ultra has a “reinforced metal frame,” includes four “mechanical-style” buttons, and packs a 1.43″ circular AMOLED display with a 466×466-pixel resolution and 1,000 nits of brightness. The screen is protected by 9H Gorilla Glass, can support 16.7 million colors, and supports 270 watch faces.

For activity tracking, the BlackShark GS3 Ultra offers more than 160 sports modes and can automatically track selected activities, including walking, running, elliptical and rowing.

Additionally, the GS3 Ultra can monitor your heart rate, measure stress and blood oxygen levels, and track sleep. It can provide data on four sleep stages: deep sleep, light sleep, REM and wakefulness. If you take an afternoon nap, it can track that too.

For navigation, the BlackShark GS3 supports dual-band (L1+L5) GPS in addition to UltraBido, GLONASS, Nuke, and Galileo. It also has ENC if you want to answer calls, and BlackShark says the GS3 Ultra’s “high-density batteries” of undisclosed capacity offer 18 days of endurance on a single charge (45 days on ultra-long standby).
The Black Shark GS3 Ultra comes in silver and black colors, but pricing and availability details are yet to be revealed.
