8 Bitdo Arcade Controller: One minute Review
If you are interested in choosing someone of the Best Fighting Games, leverless controllers may look difficult at first glance. The lack of traditional Joyce Stick makes such controllers feel like the keyboard, which is dedicated to everything from the inputs to the movement.
When you have one in your hands for the first time, they feel almost contradictory. But thankfully, 8 Batdo has stepped up with his own livelly -fighting game controllers, and it is a relatively Ing initial friendly.
The 8 Bitdo Arcade Controller has a 16 buttons Lores Pad, which has some similarity with the 8 -BitDo Arcade Stick, which has a NES -affected look for the switch compatible model. However, both are basically different controllers.
For one, the 8 -bit doodo arcade controller is very high, very thin, and so light. It can easily sit in your lap or on a desk or tabletop. It alone makes the device more portable. Ideal if you are heading to a local tournament.
The buttons are also excellent. They feel accountable and quick with their short journey time, and have a spring, supersh press that makes learning with the controller a satisfactory matter.
If you are interested in buying an 8 -BitDo arcade controller, I will still recommend some precautions. If this is going to be your first Loreblus Controller, it is ideal for it, but if you are accustomed to the best fight sticks or more traditional gamepads, you should still expect a large number of standing learning letters.
8 Bitdo Arcade Controller: Price and Availability
- Switch / PC: $ 89.99 / £ 75.99 (AUDE $ 136)
- Xbox / PC: $ 99.99 / £ 84.99 (around AU $ 150)
- Is now available to buy from the Amazon Store of 8 Bitdo
The 8 -Batdo arcade controller comes in two variations. A switch and switch 2 synchronized model. 89.99 / retail in £ 75.99, while a version of Xbox consoles. Comes on 99.99 / £ 84.99. Both also work with PC, and are still available to buy, but do not expect the play station compatibility here.
As retail prices run, the 8 BitDo Arcade Controller is a sub -$ 100 levers that I can happily recommend. Liverless pads often command the premium price tags instead, as we see with the Vectorus Pro (9 249.99 / £ 229.99 / AU $ 399.95) and the hit box Ultra (9299.99 / around £ 249.99 / AU $ 429.99). This makes it very easy to recommend 8 Bitdo’s hardware from an efficient point of view.

8 Bitdo Arcade Controller: Design and Features
At less than an inch thick, the 8 -buttodo arcade controller is impressively cautious and can easily slip into the bag or laptop bag when you want to take your game to the locals. It is also lightweight, which comes just above a kilo.
In terms of buttons layout, there are 8 Batdo arcade stick matches. The upper end of the pad has been erected with functions, including a dial that changes between switch and zinc layout. Like the arcade stick, different buttons will also be illuminated in terms of your selection setting.
The upper end also has a tournament lock switch, which prevents you from being mistaken during matches, as well as a button as well as a button to qualify or disable the customs button profiles. This is a simple but strong set of options, which is available on its own controller. The upper part of the arcade controller also has a 2.4GHz recipient, and at the same time, you will find a USB-C port for wired play, including a cable.
As far as the main buttons of the pad, you have found four directional buttons, map so that you can relax your left hand fingers and thumbs over them. The eight red buttons sit on their right in two rows of four, which allows you to relax each of them. Of course, as being a leverse pad, these are just tips, and you can freely regenerate your preferences in the game and through the Ultimat Software V2 on the PC.
You also have four additional reliability buttons here, which do not assign as defaults. They can be assigned input through ultimate software, and if you can also set macroses here, you say, you want immediate access to a throw or other game mechanics. Alternatively, the box contains four lock caps, which you can change if you would not like to use them at all and avoid any accidental mistakes.
On this note, all the buttons of the 8 -Battu arcade controller can be easily changed third -party options. If you are absolutely new to many controllers, you may not have any alternative switch, but if you do, they may be used here, which is a good thing.
8 Bitdo Arcade Controller: Performance
As I mentioned at the top, getting a grip with the Liverless Fighting Game Controllers for the first time can be enough. But once you get the hanging of things like the top and bottom, it is mainly upside down (on the bottom pad between the left and the right between the left and the right, the bottom/jump is at the bottom), it can quickly become a second nature.
I mainly used an 8 -folded arcade controller with my central fighting game, Ticen 8. The tough four -way movement of the technician actually works well with the restless pads, and the reaction here left me back faster than the traditional controller and had to back back faster.
The reaction here is the key word. Butts feel immediately, and to be able to add motion input to a special move Street Fighter 6 Or Strive the guilty gear The standard controller felt easier and more reliable to remove than the DadPad or thumb stick. I never felt the danger of inciting or jumping input, because I often work with these disturbing dragon punch movements. Here, only two sharp taps of the directional buttons forced me to input credible and immediately when I make it a habit of this move.
I have said about how much mechanical and microsoch buttons can improve their sense of fighting games thanks to their strength, and this is a similar story with the 8 -Batdo Arcade Controller. Oh just satisfying to press its buttons. I don’t necessarily say that I am a better player as a result of using such a leverar controller, but I am more reliable to be more effective in eliminating mistakes and being more efficient in scroll wires with softening times. I liked my time with it.

How did I experience 8 Bitdo Arcade Controller
- Tested for a week
- Switch 2 and play different types of fighting games on PC
- Compared to the 8 Bitdo Arcade Stick
I played this review with an 8th Bitdo Arcade Controller for a week. During this time, I hopped to play a variety of fighting games between Switch 2 and my gaming PC, including Ticen 8For, for, for,. Street Fighter 6 Year 1+2 Fighters EditionFor, for, for,. Deadly Foundation: City of wolvesStruggle guilty gear, And Granblo Fantasi vs: Rising.
I compared my time with the arcade controller to the 8 -Batdo Arcade Stick, really realized the difference between the traditional Joyce Stick and the livellyless input. I was a bit difficult to get a habit, but I would choose a controller above the stick for competitive settings, which causes his high level response.
