Realmi will launch the GT8 series with Vanilla and Pro Model in October. The vanilla model is doing some unofficial tests and the results of the Gack Bench 6.5.0 have come out.

Realmi GT8 will be strengthened by the original Snapdragon 8 Elite, while the Pro Model will be presented with a new Snapdragon 8 Elite General 5. If you miss it, we have made a benchmark using General 5 chip other than the GT8 Pro (at least a prototype version of the phone). The new chip promises to increase 20 % CPU performance compared to the previous model.

Here are the results of the Railm GT8 (RMX6699, China model). The single -core and the multi -core CPU score are around what we will expect. For this model, Ram has a capacity of 16 GB, though its basic capacity can still be 12 GB.

Note that this version of the Gack Bench is 6.5.0, while most of the bench marking has been done on V6.4.0. Another thing that can eliminate the score is that the phone was running Android 15 for some reason – it may be the initial development software. Realmi already has Android 16/Relime UI 7.0. And it is expected that the GT8 Pro will run Android 16 out of the box.

Meanwhile, the phone 3C also appeared with a certificate for 100W wired charging. If we look at the Chinese GT7, this model supported only 100W wired charging for its 7,200mAh SI/C battery, while the World GT7 had only 120W wired charge for its 7,000 MAHC/C battery. We expect some regional changes this year.

We have seen a lot of leaks, but the company has officially confirmed only some details and these are all about GT8 Pro, not Vanilla GT8. The Pro General will use 5 chip. It will also have a QHD display and 200 MP camera.
