Turtle Beach Racer: One minute Review
Racing wheels have the ability to shake the market at the enrollment level in the middle of the turtle. There is no need to apply for the SIM race enthusiasts. Racer is a relatively basic primary offer that digs high -end features such as force feedback and on -screen display. But more of the Arcade Administration Racing Games. Tokyo Extract Racer And Forza Horizon 5For, for, for,. Racer is a fraud code to unlock even more fun than such titles.
Last week, an explosion of a turtle beach racer occurred. Do not let your relatively low -cost point be fooled. It is surprisingly proud of good building quality and is impressive versatile for booting.
Although a pair of clamps on the base means that you can mount the wheel on a desk, adding a pair of lap tests allows you to sit back and use the racer more like a traditional controller if you like to play on the sofa. It is compatible with an Xbox Series X and Series S, and PC through a 2.4 GHz Dongal. There is no version according to the play station at the time of writing.
In straight words, the turtle beach racer is one of the best Xbox racing wheels I have experienced in a while. There are some small problems, such as light collisions every time you make a neutral journey of the past, and lack of pedal sets (instead you will use previous pedals for acceleration and brakes). But overall, it is a very impressive package of price LA, and the first time makes a great product for wheels owners or young players.
Turtle Beach Racer: Price and Availability
- 9 179.99 / £ 139.99 / AU $ 299
- Is now available to buy
- More than some budget models, but comfortably under the bracket of middle limit
Turtle Beach Racer is now available to buy 9 179.99 / £ 139.99 / AU $ 299. This budget is at the top of the balpark, but it is cheaper than the middle -bound wheels, which features more features such as the Thrast Master T248R and Lajtic G923. It is also expensive than a similar budget wheels such as Horie Racing Wheel Apex ($ 119.99 / £ 99.99), though I prefer to offer a offer to the offer with a racer at a slightly more questionable price.

Turtle Beach Racer: Design and Features
As I mentioned in my early turtle batch racer preview in Games Commerce 2025, it was the standard of building the product that surprised me immediately. This is not something for which many budget wheels are known, and when the construction of the racer is primarily plastic, it is a good quality. In addition, there are many pages that make a mark as a whole.
The steering wheel’s rubber texture grip is very welcome, allowing a slip -free racing experience. In the meantime, the lap is stuck, metal and they have a satisfying weight. Each of them has a strip of textile rubber, which can make them sit firmly in place. Tests in the lap can also be adjusted, which means you do not necessarily have your thighs together. I preferred to keep it as far as I could go, and during the game, my Roger Fouzin Pro was able to sit in the Gaming Chair.
Onboard buttons are especially nothing to write home, but they feel good at pressing and they are all in the wheel. Here is a good amount of money. You are getting a DPP, facial button and three multi -function buttons you can assign your preference.
A pair of pressure sensitive pedal sits on both sides of the wheel, and they are impressive. This is important, as you are going to use them for accounting and brakes in the absence of a pedal set. These are the best Xbox controllers equivalent to the left and right trigger, and was assigned to all the games I tested.
Turtle Beach Racer: Performance
I have a very limited space in my home office, so I personally think that the LAP involvement is stuck with a racer between the turtle, the overall package adds a great, ahead thinking. It is important to note here in relation to performance, that is, I have not controlled any kind of traditional desk clamps in the use of LAP. And after experiencing both methods for this review, none of them is a good choice for your racing session.
Initially, I felt like the sensitivity of the default wheels is slightly in the bottom, like titles Forza Horizon 5 And Tokyo Extra Racer. However, it was immediately cured by the Turtle Beach Control Center 2 software, which you can download on PC and Xbox Consoles. Here, I was able to adjust the sensitivity and ramp buttons to my choice.
Another problem I did with the wheel is a feeling of a little uncomfortable when it returns to the neutral. Let the wheel go, and it almost immediately returns to its default center position immediately. This means that while turning from left to right, you will feel a bit obstructed when it passes through this neutral zone. I got used to it after an hour or two, but if you were hoping for a very smooth racing experience, keep in mind.
In addition to this hiccup, the racer is an incredibly enjoyable racing wheel. Pressure -related pedal is a delicious addition and if you do not object to the loss of immersion or pinch, there is a decent alternative to the pedal. Being able to apply a certain amount of pressure here made many things easier among sports, such as in flow Forza Horizon 5 And in long -term tire management F1 25. If there is a test in the lap, then there is a great feature of winning, so the pedals are definitely the undefined heroes of the package.
I also have to mention the wireless performance of the racer, and this is another department whose products have seriously affected me. The turtle beach estimates that the wheels can go up to 30 hours on full charge. I find it correct, because I didn’t have to charge the device until the end of my week’s test.

How did I experience a racer among the turtles
- Tested for a week
- Tested in Xbox series X and PC
- Played a wide variety of racing titles
I tested the races of the turtle in a week, playing the Xbox Series X -digital edition and playing titles on my gaming PC. Sports i played with racing wheel Forza Horizon 5, Tokyo Extractive Racer, Old School Rally, And F1 25.
Although Sim racing lacks many buttons and deep features, I found Turtle Beach Racer ideal for experiments like more comfortable, arcade. In this regard, the features like LAP are left and the pressure -related pedal is made for an easy and comfortable testing period, and above all, a very interesting entertainment.
