Bluetti has once again done this by releasing one of his versatile portable power stations, aimed at being a light, smaller and more fruitful than some old, large models of the past.
A more powerful inverter means that AC Watage has been pushed forward, which has allowed the power station to run even more electronics.
Bluetty Elite 100: Pricing
At the time of review, Elite 100 is on retail in Retail 499 on the US site. On the site of the Bluetti UK, it was sold in 9499.
It is also available by selected online retailers.
Bluetti Elite 100: Packaging
Elite reached the 100 outer simple cardboard box, there was another simple cardboard box inside it, but with printing indicates that it was an elite 100 power station, even had a handle to help lift one box from another.
Not only was the AC charging cable provided by the Bluetty, but also the appropriate MC4 from the XT60 cable so that you could add the solar panel to Elite 100 to charge it. The package also included a grounding screw.
Bluetty Elite 100: Power Station
Once out of the box, Elite 100 320 × 215 × 250 mm or 12.6 x 8.5 x 9.8 inches (L X WXH) and 11.5 kg (or 25.3lbs). Compared to some of the previous models, we have Bluetty and other brands, very small and lightly tests.
The back of Elite 100 has a big handle so it was designed to be taken by only one person but it is quite light.
There is a usual matter on the front, all output sockets are front, such as the control button, screen and DC input sockets.
The following sockets in front of this UK model are:
2 x UK Type G Sacht outpatting 230V 50H Heritz AC Pure Sign View
2 x USB-C socket, 1 x 140w Max and 1 x 100w Max
2 x USB-A socket, each is able to do 15W output
1 x car cigarette socket
2 x dc barrel outpts 12v 8a maximum
1 x dc/pv input
And obviously, the control button and the screen
Elite 100 is on the right (left to right) ground/ground screw hole, AC input and 20A circuit breaker.
Bluetty Elite 100: Charging
Switching to Elite 100 showed us 32 % condition for the first time. We have discovered the charging methods that will be available to us, the easiest of which will be charged with grid men.
It is easily plugged into the men using the AC cable provided to the elite 100, which uses ordinary IEC C13/14 cable. Immediately on detection of grid power, Elite 100 gave itself strength and started charging with the countdown timer at 1200W to inform us that it would be fully charged when it was fully charged.
Other methods of charging include the use of solar panels, the Blovate MC4 has been kind enough to package in the XT60 cable so that you can add a basic solar panel to Elite 100. This is a good touch because often the power station manufacturers sell this cable as an optional extra.
The XT60 is the only port, which allows Elite 100 to charge, in addition to the AC input socket. Through the XT60 you can charge the Elite 100 from the Alternator Charger, a separate Alternator Charger to use the aforementioned solar panels or to charge from vehicles.
XT60 can accept between 12 and 60V, 20A and 1000W input anywhere.
Some must have preferred that the DC input could be placed on the side of the product for additional USB ports.
Bluetty Elite 100: Screen
The status screen is your common case that shows you all the useful information you will need to look like the State of charge, input and output. Output voltage and AC HZ, USB as well as Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connection.
These out and inputs just tell you the total watts, they are unable to break the PV or AC input or USB or AC output.
Bluetty Elite 100: AC and USB/DC
Keeping Elite 100 through its speed, using it to provide electricity to several high -drawing domestic devices such as rice cookers, hair dryer, air freer. Elite 100 was able to give them all separate strengths and completely remained quiet. This mini was not able to strengthen the induction kick -top because it attracted a permanent 2000W. Elite can make up to 100 2700W but only for a short period.
I noted that there are only two AC sockets in Elite 100 which can be a limited factor for something, while these are just two sockets, there is nothing that says that you cannot use a multi -plug socket with them. But you should keep in mind the strength of the Watage.
The use of USB is as regular as it gets, it was able to charge at the same time, with a variety of phone, power bank, a Lenovo think pad, MacBook Air Laptop. However, with the campaign that almost everything is going into the USB-C, why need USB-A?
In addition, there are also DC Out Port, a car cigarette socket and two DC barrel socket. Useful of small electronic devices is useful to assume that you have the right cables.
Elite 100 has a joint output power of 1800W permanent power.
Bluetty Elite 100: UPS
We recently reviewed a large, more powerful power station DJI Power 2000, where we experienced less than time for its UPS capabilities and 10Ms. The reaction time is the time when the power station detects the grid closure and turns into the battery. Most other power stations are answered by 20 to 30ms.
Therefore, we were interested that Elite 100 was also proud of the high -speed 10 MS time and decided to put it in the exam. When the Plugin, AC On and Power is manufactured in Elite 100 Mains, the UPS mode is automatically activated.
In a general home office setup, we re -tested it through a plugin through multi -plugs in Elite 100. Setup is almost drawn to 200W, we allow the setup to remove Elite 100 for about two hours.
We then turned the Elite to 100 CHARGE to 100 to charging Men’s which automatically activated UPS mode
Once on 100 AT, we re -shine the men’s switch while keeping an eye on the setup, showing no sign of power loss. This setup was continued as if there was no power outage, Elite 100 pulled the electricity from the batteries and the UPS mode was closed.
Here we also include that in the app we noted that unlike the DJI model, Elite 100 had several UPS mode where UPS could only have time to work at specific hours of the day, PV Power, State of charge or standby or offline mode as a standard ups of time.
Bluetti Elite 100: App
Blavate has been in the power station market for a long time and has had time to improve and improve their app. It was easy to find and download it from the Google Play Store, loading it and login for the first time.
The app is more than just a battery management app that allows us to see the local weather and some other useful features that are not related to the battery, as well as manage your account.
“Add” the elite 100 was allowed to search and add quickly and then added it to the list of our power stations.
When clicking on the battery, you enter the screen, showing a percentage of the battery, also showing one of the AC or DC/PV’s coming energy and outgoing for AC and DC.
The area of the settings is the place where the Bluetty Excel is when it allows you to adapt to some settings compared to other brands, whether only once in the above UPS methods.
Bluetty Elite 100: Final Decision
Blavate has been in the power station market for a long time, which brings new models every year, does better and better every time.
This small form element battery is no different, it is ideal for people who want to get a small, lightweight, portable yet powerful power station.
Some people may find Find to limit the capacity of Elite 100, only 1024Wh when used high draw devices, it can be drained quickly.
Also, some may be burdened with AC socket and as mentioned, it could be completely improved with the USB-C socket instead of the old USB-A.
