No need to pinch yourself, you are not dreaming – Instagram has finally launched its iPad app today. Seriously, they are not a fool of April, we promise.
The company noted that “people have said for it for a while”, which is certainly important of the century. However, “it is time to design this experience that improves your favorite parts of Instagram for a big screen”.
It seems that the feed does not include “your favorite parts of Instagram”, as it still appears in the middle of your pill. Then once again, we have to cut some slack here as a very different aspect of the iPad compared to the iPhones, which means that it is actually difficult to fill all the places.
Naturally, then, with the lines of question becomes something If that’s it, then why did it feel so long? We are confident that we will never know, unless some Instagram executives decide to describe a memory later.
When you open it, the app will put you on the trains, “so that you can get entertaining content you like on the big screen”. The stories you expected will be at the top, and “messaging is a tap away”.
There is also a new “follow” tab on the iPad, which shows you have three options. All (recommended posts and rails), friends (recommended posts and rails that you follow, which you follow), and the latest (historical posts and rails and rails, following you, appear to be the most recent posts in recent posts).

When you see the rails, you can increase the comments while the rail remains on the “whole size”, which is a rare advantage of the proportion of the aspect that produces a lot of empty space in the app’s UI.
Instagram for the iPad is now running globally 15.1 and later. The new tablet design is coming to Android soon.
