    According to the National Health Health Organization, the recommended amount of sleep for healthy adults is 7-9 hours. So, why is it possible to feel better, more vigilant and refreshing after 7.5 hours of sleep after getting a 9 -hour long sleep?

    When it comes to gold, of course, even more? Well, not always. In fact, there are many reasons why you can feel worse after 9 hours compared to 7.5. Here, a sleep expert shares them, as well as showing that the most common reason to feel bad is.

    1. Sleep rooted

    Darwal Smith says, “If you wake up during deep sleep, you are likely to feel bad, heavy head and slowly-it is said to be the root of sleep.”

    Other symptoms of sleep connection include misconduct and a decrease in academic ability.

    2. Circaden timing

    She says, “Your internal physical clock affects the vigilance. Waking up in harmony with your circidine rhythm (when your body’s basic temperature is starting to rise) feels more natural.”

    Our circidine rhythm (also known as our internal physical clock) regulates a whole host of our functions and actions, such as release of hormone (such as marathon for sleep and vigilance), physical temperature and our sleep cycles.

    However, “if you go through this place for 9 hours, you can wake up ‘low’ in your rhythm and feel slow,” says Darwal Smith.

    3. The piece of sleep

    Sleeping for 9 hours seems to be a good way to catch some rest, but if your body does not need so much sleep, it can affect your sleep cycles and for that reason, how do you feel when you are awake.

    “If you live on a long bed than the needs of your body, your last cycle (sleep) may be light and more broken,” Darwal Smith explained, “This may make you feel less refreshing, even if you fall asleep technically.”

    “Sleep connecting is probably the most common culprit,” Darwal Smith says why we can feel better after 7.5 hours of sleep and slow behavior after 9, with deep vs., providing two great visual arms for differences between waking up during mild sleep.

    “Waking up with deep sleep is like trying to start a car in the weather – you need time to get warm. Waking up from light sleep is like roll down – it is very easy to go.”

    So which one is better – 7.5 or 9 hours?

    I asked Darwal Smith if all this means that 7.5 hours of sleep is better than 9 hours.

    “Not serious,” she says. “It’s not about ‘short vs long long’ – it’s about getting the right amount for your body And Waking up at the right point in a cycle. For some people, 9 hours actually work well. For others, 7.5 leaves them faster. The important thing is how you feel during the day. “

    It is also worth monitoring the recommended amount of sleep for your age, as the recommended 7-9 hours applies to healthy adults under 60, while children over 60 have different needs in adults, adolescents and adults.

    Track your samples

    Darwal advises Smith to use a sleep diary to see or wear for 1-2 weeks when you feel good feling naturally. Find samples at bedtime, waking time and tomorrow times. “

    A recent study also shows that getting sunlight in the morning can lead to better sleep performance and low awareness at night.
