The smartphone is picking up new features and abilities all the time, and while some of them are default, others need to choose us. And usually a good reason for this is that companies want to ask us for such approval, but nevertheless, you have decided to take advantage of your shared feature, but your friends have decided to join you.
A few months ago we saw a new tool that Google was ready to help these people gently collect their act, messages were working to work on the system to enable their friends to RCS Chat, and today we have exposed something with similar vibration for the search center.
Now, when you share your position with someone, it seems, but they have not returned their right to share their position. On your phone, you do not see much, while the person you are sharing with the location does not get one, but there are two prominent buttons to activate the sharing – it is not that anyone can say that Google was not giving them a chance.

This kind of inactive messaging is not always enough, which is why Google may have thought that it is a good idea to enforce a more obvious way to request someone back to their location.
This functionality is not yet active in the search hub’s UI, but we have got an early look on some screens, showing how it is coming together. Google is preparing to add a “Application Place” button that seems to be exactly what it says on tin.
We have not yet seen that when it pops up on the recipient’s screen, it looks like this request, but hopefully it is a bit more compelled that the person who is clearly ignoring the current “sharing on” buttons.
