The Galaxy S25 series sales have been strong, which is ahead of the S24 series sales speed. However, the new edge was closed to some extent. For more detailed look at how 2025 models performed compared to 2024 models, Ice universe Covering from the launch to the end of June, the sales numbers are shared for both.
Overall, the four Galaxy S25 models have sold a total of 20.22 million units in the period, while the last year was 18.02 million for the S24 models. This is an increase of 12.2 %.
However, it includes 650,000 Galaxy S25 Edge Unit – note that this model is just launched at the end of May, so it is really just a month sales. For context, in the first two months of availability, S25+ 1.67 million was on sale.
Reduce the edge, the total sales of the S25 series are 19.56 million or the S24 increased by 8.5 % compared to all three. Let’s take a look at how every model performed.
Small Galaxy S25 shows the largest individual growth – 11.6 % higher than its predecessor. The rumor is that Samsung wants to replace it with a more capable S26 Pro next year, which can increase even more in sales.
The Samsung Galaxy S25+ increased by 7.5 % over the previous year’s model, but it is still the worst margin -selling Galaxy S model (it only sold the number of vanilla models two -thirds). It is no surprise that Samsung wants to leave Plus for next year, especially since the S26 Age is expected to improve on two fronts.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 is made in the crown of Ultra Samsung, which already has a solid 7.1 % increase in the number of sales. However, fate has moved a bit – it is no longer said that the S25 Ultra S25 and S25+ models jointly dismiss. It is 9.64 million for the Ultra vs. 9.92 million.
Samsung has planned a major shake -up for 2026 Galaxy S lineup. It has to be seen how it affects sales. It will depend on the Galaxy S26 Pro prices (it replaces Vanilla S, but will it be priced or higher?) And how the S25 Edge sales continue after the first month (over time, more exemptions and promo kicks).
