    Edgar Survints / Android Authority

We got more than 1,400 votes on our survey, and 900 of them (~ 64 %) are from Verizon -based consumers due to an increase in the bill.

Comments on our article echo these emotions. Android Authority Reader Henneys 777 has been a Verizon customer for 25 years (!), But he has just gone out due to pricing, no loyalty and poor services.

The commentator is in a similar boat, after 19 years (!) Bouncing from Verizon.

The commentators have not yet gone out, but they will soon be discharged from Verizon due to the increase in rates.

In the past six months, a good 8.7 % of voters have already been out of Verizon, causing bloodshed from recent Big Red users.

Surprisingly, 9 % of our voters are due to more bills, but they are with Verizon because they think they are still getting a good deal. 8 % of voters do not have to face prices on their phone bills, so they are sticking to a carrier. This is about 15 % of the vote in favor of Verizon.

Our side of the statistics wrapped up, 10 % of our co -voters are not recent Verizon users, so they are not affected by these dynamics.

We are seeing similar feelings on Reddate and X, for many long time consumers have been accused of raising the price in which the camel’s waist breaks. Verizon’s spokesperson gave us the following statement when the news was broken earlier this week:

We are making some adjustments to continue to provide the best customer experience on the best 5G network and industry’s leading services and tools that save our customers’ time and money.

These adjustments are in accordance with market rates and allow us to provide advanced products and services with the majority of consumers, which increases less than 30 cents. We value our customers’ confidence and are dedicated to bringing them even more prices.

It remains to be seen how the move has affected Verizon’s lower line and whether the company will restore loyalty. Many of your loyal users will have to be pinned somewhere to lose, but does this have a lot of trouble for a rollback? Or is the company better than a small subscriber base and higher prices? Time and income will tell calls. In the meantime, If you want to go out of Verizon, our recommended Verizon alternatives are these.
