- T -Mobile is allegedly offering free bills for users to avenge their loyalty.
- Offers may be allegedly contacted by representatives of T -Mobile’s customer service.
- It seems that the move has long been intended to turn consumers into carriers.
Although Verizon has been disappointed with its long -term users by reducing the loyalty exemption, it seems that T -Mobile has a new sleeve trick to keep loyal users from switching careers.
According to the Reddate Thread, where many users confirm this exercise, representatives of Tea Mobile customer are now authorized to offer 10 monthly credit to loyal users for six months to change their career or cancel their membership. If you agree to representatives you want to leave T -Mobile, you can also get $ 20 a month’s credit for 12 months.
The Reddate Thread was launched by a former T -Mobile employee who claims to be friends with some coaches of company loyal representatives.
Subsequently, several people have confirmed that they have been able to take advantage of these loyalty offers from T -Mobile. One person reports that $ 20 for a 12 -month offer are limited to users who are first on the current experience beyond the GO 5G Plus and Go 5G next projects.
One user reported, “I went to 5g Plus and was about to change in the visuals, but then they gave me $ 20 credit for a 12 -month offer.”
However, another user claimed that they were on an ancient simple choice plan and were offered $ 20 credit for 12 months. He also said that he had been with T -Mobile for more than 12 years.
“Just got off the phone with a representative. I asked for $ 20/12 directly. He said that he had to submit a request to his supervisor. I didn’t buy it, but maybe he is bombing with cancellation, who knows? He made a $ 30 credit to our next bill,” he said.
Meanwhile, many users say they have been able to take advantage of the $ 10 offer for six months, which seems suitable for all T -Mobile projects.
If you are a T -Mobile customer looking for a port, you probably should talk to a user’s representative in the company and check if you can benefit from these new loyalty offerings to save some money in the next two months.
The carrier has not officially announced these offers, and based on comments in the Reddedit Thread, it seems that you will need to persuade representatives that you are willing to change the career to receive deals. So this is a little gambling for now.
