Galaxy Z Philip 6 is no longer the latest member of the Galaxy Z Philip Family, but it is still a solid device. Of course, nothing is perfect, and Z Flip is not safe from 6 bugs and defects. We take a look at some ordinary Samsung Galaxy Z Philip 6 issues and offer possible solutions to ways to fix them.

Editor’s Note: It is important to remember that not every Z Flip 6 owner will come to these problems. In fact, it is more likely that you will not face any problem.

Issue #1: Hardware problems (unauthorized internal screen, not charging phone, phone when opening the phone)

    Lana Nageween / Android Authority

There is a growing number of complaints about Z -Philip 6 owners who find irresponsible internal screens. Since it is mainly a central display, the phone is basically unusable. Similarly, users are sometimes watching a scumbible screen that does not respond to the touch input, or is not seeing a problem where the phone falls when the phone is turned off.

When the plug is not, the phone is not charged (though wireless charging still works), and complaints have also been received about rapid popped or crunching sounds.

    Possible solutions:

    • I have group these issues together because, in most cases, it seems that this is a hardware error. Users who bring these issues to say that the option was just to repair the phone, and Samsung replaced the display hardware and charging port, and decided. Although it is better to do so as soon as possible, the phone is still under warranty, there are some things that you can at least temporarily try to use.
    • Unless Internal screen is irresponsible or rotatingYou can try forced reset. Enter the recovery menu (the steps to do so are in the guides section below) and use volume keys to navigate the “reboot system now” to restart the phone. If you have a software problem, you may also try to wipe the cache partition or use the “repair apps” option.
    • If you The phone is not chargingCheck the cable first and make sure it is not torn or filled. If you can, check it with another charger or plug it into your computer to know if it works or not. Finally, you can run a hardware diagnosis to check the failures. Barley Settings> Battery and Device Care> Diagnosis> Phone Diagnosis And the test “cable charging”.
    • When you open Z Flip 6, a light poping sound is common. This is usually due to the pre -used screen protector. This sound should be reduced with constant use. However, if you hear a shortage, there may be a problem in the possession. As many users have reported, they began to look at the problems with the inner screen when they saw fast poping or crunching.

Issue #2: Apps frozen or crash and random rebootes

    Ryan Hans / Android Authority

Not associated with internal screen problems, some Galaxy Z Philip 6 users are facing problems with freezing and irresponsible apps or phone with regular rebooting phones.

    Possible solutions:

    • This is due to a potentially poor app. You can try to boot the phone in safe mode (you will find the instructions below) to see if the problem is intact. If this is not the case, an app is a possible reason. If you are not sure which app can be, your only option is to install recently downloaded or updated apps to find out if the problem is far -reaching.
    • If only a particular app is crashing or frozen, you can try to wipe the app cache. Barley Settings> Apps> (App Name)> Storage And tap on “clean cache”. If it doesn’t work, you can also try “clear data”.
    • Some consumers say that the cleansing of the cache party is also going on. In the recovery menu, you can also use the “repair apps” option to see if it helps.

Issue #3: The screen does not get off while charging

    Ryan Hans / Android Authority

Some users have reported that the screen is not off when charging. This problem for some people, this problem is not viable and it seems that it is a hardware problem or deep software bug that has not yet been patching. However, there is the least one thing you can try.

    Possible solutions:

    • If the problem begins after a refreshing, you want to clear the system partition files. You can do this by going to the recovery mode (the instructions can be found at the bottom of the guide). Once you are in the recovery menu you will use the volume up and down buttons to navigate Clean the cache partition. Then in the next step, you will choose Yes. Finally, you will press the Power button to select Reboot device.

    Issue #3: Delay in notification

    Ryan Hans / Android Authority

Delaying notification is a problem on many new phones, and Z Flip 6 is not exempt. In addition to delayed information for text messages and WhatsApp, some users have felt significant delays in email sync.

    Possible solutions:

    • The phone’s battery correction settings are likely to delay the notification. To check if you mistakenly added any apps to these lists, go to it Settings> Battery and Device Care> Battery> Background Usage Limits And see if there are any apps on the list of “sleep” and “deep sleep”. Tap on the list, tap the icon of three vertical dots, and select “Remove the apps” to remove the list. You can add apps to the list of “Never Sleep Apps” by tapping and adding them to the Plus icon.
    • If you are looking at the problem through a particular app, go Settings> Apps> (App Name)> Battery And select “unlimited”.
    • You can also try to wipe the app cache to see if the problem goes away. Barley Settings> Apps> (App Name)> Storage And tap on “clean cache”.
    • With an email sync issue, check the app settings. Some email clients are set for a 15 -minute synchronization according to default. Change the synchronization schedule to help see if it helps.

Issue #4: Cover screen notification issues

    Ryan Hans / Android Authority

Some users mention that notifications on the core screen always are dim and irreparable. Others say that the full text does not appear on the screen, say, notification or media player is in use.

    Possible solutions:

    • For dim AOD, first download good lock from the Galaxy Store. After that, get a lock star module. This AOD comes with a brightly slider that should illuminate AOD notifications on the cover screen. Also, go Settings> Notifications> Notifications Popup Style> Edge Lighting Style> Advanced And adjust the slider. Make sure the notification is ready to short the popup style.
    • It seems that the problem of incomplete text is due to the transformation settings in the developer format. Although it can help promote performance, it seems that this problem is causing. Go to the developer mode and set the Windows Animation Scale, Transfer Animation Scale, and the dynamic period of the scale at least 0.5x.

    Issue #5: Android Auto Problems

    Adamia Sharma / Android Authority

Android auto issues are quite common with any new phone. However, in addition to generic Android auto problems you may face, Z. Philip 6 owners say that sound guidance does not work when using Google Maps for navigation, though there is no problem with audio for music players.

    Possible solutions:

    • For the issue of navigation guidance, Samsung is aware of this problem and he is working on a fine. It seems to be related to the equation settings of the phone. Barley Settings> sound and vibration> sound quality and effects> equivalent And turn it into “balanced”. Add your phone to the car and contact again, and the problem should be resolved.
    • For empty screens such as Android Auto Issues, go Settings> Aps> Android Auto And tap on the “force stop”. You can also try to clear the app cache and storage in the “storage” section.
    • With Android Auto Wireless problems, I have found that setting up the first wired connection does the move. The next time you connect, it should work wirelessly.

Guide: How to add any app to cover screen

    Ryan Hans / Android Authority

    Z. Philip 6 has a handful of apps that are available on the core screen. Barley Settings> Advanced Features> Labs And tape “apps are allowed on the cover screen.” There are not many options here, but you can add maps, messages, net flakes and YouTube. However, using a good lock and multisor module is a way to run any app on the core screen.

Guide: Samsung Galaxy Z Philip 6 How to Recovery Menu In Recovery Menu

    Edgar Survints / Android Authority

Recovery menu on the phone helps detect essential defects. From here, you can wipe the cache partition, force to resume, repair apps, remove electricity, and even completely wipe and reset the factory phone.

    • Something to remember is that before starting, you may need to plug the phone into a PC. It sometimes works without doing so.
    • First, turn off the phone.
    • Then, simultaneously press the volume up the key and the power button and stop.
    • When the Samsung logo appears, release the power button but keep the volume up the volume up until you enter the recovery menu.
    • Use volume keys to go up and down the list of available options, such as reboot system kno, wipe cache partition, reset data/factory, graphics tests, repair apps, power off, and more.

Guide: How to enter Galaxy Z Philip 6 in Safe mode

    Lana Nageween / Android Authority

    • When the phone turns off, the power button and the volume are simultaneously press the key and stopping.
    • When the Samsung logo appears, release the power button, but continue to hold the volume key below.
    • Once you guide the home screen, you should see the “safe mode” in the bottom left corner.
    • Restart the phone to get out of safe mode.
    • If the phone is released, go to the power boot options and keep the “power off” icon under pressure. Tap on the “safe mode” icon to restart the phone in safe mode.
