Samsung Smart TV is usually seen working again after experiencing closure globally. Reddest and Samsung Community Forum users began reporting issues with their TV around 5pm on Thursday, failing to open themselves apps like YouTube, Apple TV, Holo and Prime Video.
Although apps were still visible on the Samsung TV menu, it would be shown to show various error messages, such as server maintenance, certification errors, and lost contact. Many users found that Netflix was not affected by the closure, which uses its content delivery network – which shows that these matters were linked to servers used by other streaming apps.
However, the reason for this closure is currently unclear, and Samsung has not publicly acknowledged the problems of its website or social channels. We have reached Samsung for more information.
A Reddater claimed to have received a response from Samsung’s support, saying that the company “is aware of the potential obstacle to services on your Samsung TV,” and its engineer “is trying to restore the service as soon as possible. These issues have been widely spread, and in several countries, Samsung TV users have been informed.
Anyway, many users are now seeing a return to normal operation. No one still faces problems, some users have allegedly managed to re -access their apps by pressing the power button on their Samsung TV remote until the device is resumed.
