This progress puts Google ahead of the TCL, which previously eliminated the pixel in the shipment volume. The presence of TCL has declined significantly this quarter, which has dropped 23 % of the year to 700,000 units. Other small brands also saw a steep drop, with the shipment 34 % lower.
Google is now sitting behind Motorola, which ranks 12 % shares and 3.2 million units to be sent. While this quarter was only 2 % of the motorla, it is still far ahead on the Google scale. In the upper part of the market, Apple is as a US leader sent 13.3 million iPhones, though the number represents an 11 percent decline over the same period last year. In contrast, Samsung saw the biggest jump: 38 % increase, 8.3 million units shipping and 31 % occupy the market. The canalis is the success of Samsung’s Galaxy A series.

For Google, the growth is remarkable but slow. In 2023, the pixel was estimated that 5 % of the US market was near, which suggested that the brand had reduced relatively Terms terms slightly, even if the shipment was over. The Pixel 10 series can tell more, with the expected to start in August. Last year, the Pixel 9 series helped the company reach its highest quarter sales so far.
Nevertheless, it is difficult to break into the US smartphone market on a scale. More than 90 % of all smartphone shipments in the United States are controlled by Apple, Samsung and Motorola. This makes the Little Little of other players grow. Canalis notes that brands like OnePlus and nothing are taking different perspectives, which are focusing on unlock sale through their websites and retailers like Amazon, rather than relying on career deals. But this strategy has not yet benefited the market.
Overall, Google’s stable rise is a bright place in a difficult environment. Compared to Samsung’s aggressive development and Apple’s dominance, Pixel is a small but growing alternative that is slowly developing its place – and I’m definitely here for it. Bring more competition!
