With Samsung’s latest foldables, Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7, in Rear View, some leakers are turning their attention to the central Galaxy S series and next year’s Galaxy S26 ultra.
The tipter ice universe, which is a regular laser of the Samsung devices, made a post today (July 28), which includes numerous sugars and details related to next year’s flagship device. It looks like this year’s Galaxy S25 ultra with some upgrades.
To start, they claim that this year’s model will be less than “slightly rising width and height” in less than this year’s model. Anything less than 8 mm will be thinner from the S25 ultra, which measures .32 inches or about 8.1 mm.

The new handset will have a 6.9 -inch display, which will include “COE depolarizer technology and third -generation anti -reflective glass”.
They do not provide any information about the megapixel, but it seems that the cameras will get a new sensor with “ultra-big aperture”. There will be 5x telephoto lenses and “new” 3x sensors.
Unfortunately, like the S25 ultra, Samsung is also sticking to the same 5,000 mAh battery, where he will rely on software correction to extend the battery life again. There are reports that Samsung S26 can turn into a silicon carbon battery for ultra, which can lead to large, more compact batteries in the future. The ice universe says the S26 ultra will have 60W fast charging, more than 15W.
There is no surprise here, but the S -26 ultra will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite, which the ice universe says will have 4.74Ghz CPU and 1300mHz GPU. They claim that Samsung has its own Ecinos 2600 “test.”
This year, Google will forward its Android release schedule, the S26 ultra will likely run Android 16 out of the box, with Samsung’s skin version of 8.5.
